| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Kinerja Implementasi Pembelajaran Daring di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus di SDN 1 Grendeng, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara)”. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penerapan sistem pembelajaran tatap muka di masa pandemi Covid-19 yang diganti dengan sistem pembelajaran daring sesuai Surat Edaran Kemendikbud No 4 Tahun 2020. Secara umum, implementasi pembelajaran daring untuk tingkat sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Banyumas mengalami berbagai kendala, tak terkecuali di SDN 1 Grendeng Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara sehingga kinerjanya menjadi rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma Post Positivist. Pemilihan informan berdasarkan purposive sampling, Metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis model interaktif dari Miles and Huberman. Sedangkan validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara dengan hasil observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja implementasi pembelajaran daring di SDN 1 Grendeng, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara terbilang rendah. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari aktor yang terlibat belum menjalankan tugas dan perannya dengan baik. Kejelasan tujuan, tidak tercapainya tujuan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran daring yang efektif dan efisien. Perkembangan dan kerumitan kebijakan, guru menggunakan whattsapp sebagai platform pembelajaran daring selain itu siswa sulit memahami materi yang diberikan oleh guru, orangtua sibuk bekerja. Peran dan partisipasi para stakeholder terkait, dinas dan pihak guru belum menjalankan perannya dengan baik, tingkat kedisiplinan dan tanggungjawab siswa menurun drastis. Terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan menghambat implementasi kebijakan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is titled "Performance of Online Learning Implementation during the Covid-19 Pandemic". This research is motivated by the implementation of face-to-face learning system during the Covid-19 pandemic which is replaced with an online learning system in accordance with Circular Letter of the Ministry of Education No. 4 of 2020. In general, the implementation of online learning for elementary school level in Banyumas district is experiencing various obstacles, not least at SDN 1 Grendeng, North Purwokerto Subdistrict, so that performance is low. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach method with Post Positivist paradigm. Selection of informants based on purposive sampling, data collection method by conducting interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques using interactive model analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. While the validity of the data using source triangulation by comparing the results of interviews with observation results. The results showed that the performance of online learning implementation at SDN 1 Grendeng, North Purwokerto Subdistrict was fairly low. This can be seen from the actors involved have not performed their duties and roles well. Clarity of purpose, not achieving the goal of creating effective and efficient online learning. The development and complexity of the policy, teachers use whattsapp as an online learning platform in addition to students difficult to understand the material provided by the teacher, parents are busy working. The role and participation of relevant stakeholders, agencies and teachers have not performed their roles properly, the level of discipline and responsibility of students decreased drastically. There are factors that affect and hinder the implementation of policies. |
