| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kinerja merupakan suatu bentuk dari motivasi dan kemampuan seseorang dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan atau tugas yang telah diberikan. Dalam menjalankan pekerjaan selama satu periode tertentu, perusahaan perlu mengadakan penilaian kinerja terhadap pegawai dengan tujuan untuk menilai seberapa baik pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), yaitu PT. KAI (Kereta Api Indonesia) DAOP 5 Purwokerto, berusaha untuk menerapkan kebijakan yang tegas bagi para pegawainya dengan sistem kerja yang lebih modern dan efisien. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan oleh PT. KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto untuk menilai kinerja pegawai adalah dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap pemanfaatan waktu luang untuk meningkatkan kinerja atas inisiatif dan motivasi sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap waktu luang pegawai di kantor dengan melakukan pekerjaan tanpa diperintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan berdasarkan pada kriteria datanya, penyelesaian menggunakan regresi logistik biner. Langkah-langkah penelitian ini adalah (1) melakukan analisis deskriptif dan (2) menentukan model regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor – faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap model regresi logistik adalah (1) gaji dan bonus yang didapatkan sesuai dengan berat ringannya pekerjaan serta mampu memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari pegawai, (2) pimpinan dikantor/perusahaan membangun hubungan yang baik dan mempunyai rasa kebersamaan kepada setiap pegawai, (3) pelatihan pegawai dapat mengasah potensi dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam pekerjaan. Nilai pengaruh faktor – faktor yang signifikan terhadap waktu luang pegawai di kantor dengan melakukan pekerjaan tanpa diperintah dengan menggunakan nilai odds ratio yaitu X1 sebesar 32,087, X2 sebesar 58,309 dan X3 sebesar 87,289. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Performance is a form of motivation and a person's ability to complete a given job or task. In carrying out work for a certain period of time, the company needs to conduct an employee performance appraisal which aims to assess how well the employee performs the assigned task. In improving employee performance, one of the State Owned Enterprises (BUMN), namely PT. KAI (Kereta Api Indonesia) DAOP 5 Purwokerto, trying to implement strict policies for its employees with a more modern and efficient work system. One way that is done by PT. KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto to assess employee performance is to assess the use of free time to improve performance on their own initiative and motivation. This study aims to determine the factors that affect employees' spare time in the office by doing work without orders using binary logistic regression. The steps of this research are (1) conducting descriptive analysis and (2) determining the binary logistic regression model. The results show that the factors that have a significant effect on the logistic regression model are (1) the salary and bonuses earned according to the workload and being able to meet the daily needs of employees, (2) leadership in the office / company fosters good relationships and has a sense of togetherness every time. employees, (3) with employee training can hone the potential and skills needed in the job. The value of the influence of significant factors on employee free time in the office by doing work without being ordered by using the odds ratio value, namely X1 of 32.087, X2 of 58.309, X3 of 87.289. |
