Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Ayu Nur Cahyanni. Penelitian berjudul Kandungan Karbon Organik dan Persentase Rendemen Pupuk Organik Kotoran Sapi Menggunakan Bioaktivator (Effective Microorganism Bamboo/EMB). Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengkaji efek pemberian EMB terhadap kandungan C-Organik dan persentase rendemen dari hasil proses pengomposan pupuk organik dari kotoran sapi dan mengkaji taraf terbaik EMB terhadap kandungan C-Organik dan persentase rendemen selama proses pengomposan pupuk organik dari kotoran sapi. Materi yang digunakan pada pembuatan kultur EMB yaitu daun bambu, lumut, molasess, tepung beras, tepung kedelai, air kelapa dan air sedangkan bahan yang digunakan untuk pembuatan pupuk kompos yaitu feses segar sapi potong 100%, serbuk gergaji kayu albasia 10%, molasess 10%, kapur dolomit 2%, abu 10%, aktivator dengan taraf 1% dan 2%. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksperimental farm dengan menggunakan rancangan percobaan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 3 perlakuan yaitu R0 (tanpa mikroba EMB), R1 (mikroba EMB 250 ml), R2 (mikroba EMB 500 ml) setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 6 kali. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kultur EMB pada pupuk organik tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap hasil C-Organik dan persentase rendemen berdasarkan berat segar, tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase bahan kering rendemen. Penambahan kultur EMB belum dapat meningkatkan persentase rendemen berdasarkan berat segar namun meningkatkan persentase rendemen berdasarkan bahan kering.

Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Ayu Nur Cahyanni. The research entitled Organic Carbon Content and The percentage of organic fertilizer results using Bioactivators Effective Microorganism Bamboo (EMB). The goal of this research is to examine the influence of EMB towards the content of C-Organic and the percentage of yield from the result of organic fertilizer composting process made from cow dung; moreover, to examine the ideal level of EMB towards the content of C-Organic and the percentage of yield during the organic fertilizer composting process made from cow dung. The materials used in producing EMB culture are bamboo leaves, moss, molasess, rice flour, soybean flour, coconut water and water. Meanwhile, the materials used to make fertilizer are 100 % beef cattle feces, 10% albasia wood sawdust, 10% molasses, 2% dolomite lime, 10% ash, and an activator with the levels 1% and 2%. The method used in this research is experimental farm with a completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments: R0 (no EMB microbes), R1 (250 ml EMB microbes), and R2 (500 ml EMB microbes), each of which was repeated six times. The findings of the investigation reveals that using EMB culture on organic fertilizer had no significant influence (P>0.05) on C-Organic yield and percentage of yield based on fresh weight, but had a significant effect on yield percentage based on dry matter weight. The addition of EMB culture does not result in higher percentage of yield based on fresh weight but it results in increasing the yield percentage based on dry matter.
