| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Pembinaan Prestasi Olahraga merupakan wadah untuk menigkatkan bakat secara terstruktur dengan mengembangkannya melalui jalur klub disuatu daerah. Untuk mengetahui kondisi obyek dari sebuah sebuah perencanaan sampai mengetahui hasil prestasi diperlukan proses evaluasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pembinaan prestasi olahraga bulutangkis yang dilaksanakan di Kabupuaten Banjarnegara dengan pendekatan CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 8 pengurus klub, 16 pelatih klub dan 20 atlet klub yang ada di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil: Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pembinaan klub secara keseluruhan, aspek konteks sebesar 92.7% (pengurus), 83,3% (pelatih) dan 85% (atlet) sedangkan untuk aspek input 93,7% (pengurus), 78,9% (pelatih) dan 80% (atlet) sedangkan untuk aspek proses 75,7% (pengurus), 82% (pelatih) dan 74,3% (atlet). untuk aspek produk 84,3% (pengurus), 84,7%(pelatih) dan 75,2% (atlet). Kesimpulan: Dari analisis data yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan pembinaan prestasi klub bulutangkis di Banjarnegara masuk pada kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 82,5% |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Backgrounds: : Sports Achievement Development is a place to increase talent in a structured manner by developing it through club channels in an area. To find out the condition of the object from a plan to find out the results of the achievement, an evaluation process is needed. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the development of badminton sports achievements carried out in Banjarnegara Regency with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Methods: This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey approach. The sample in this study amounted to 8 club administrators, 16 club coaches and 20 club athletes in Banjarnegara Regency. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. Results: Based on the data analysis conducted, the results of the evaluation of the implementation of club coaching activities as a whole, the context aspect of 92.7% (administrators), 83.3% (coaches) and 85% (athletes) while for the input aspect 93.7% (administrators), 78.9% (coaches) and 80% (athletes) while for the process aspect 75.7% (administrators), 82% (coaches) and 74.3% (athletes). for product aspects 84.3% (administrators), 84.7% (coaches) and 75.2% (athletes). Conclusions: From the data analysis carried out, it shows that the implementation of the badminton club achievement development activities in Banjarnegara is in the good category with a percentage of 82.5% |
