| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul ”Perkembangan Tarian Kochi Yosakoi di Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.” Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan sejarah dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan tarian Kochi Yosakoi di Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teori yang digunakan adalah budaya populer, difusi budaya dan yosakoi naruko odori. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara, kuesioner serta studi pustaka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah data dalam penelitian ini adalah 61 (enampuluh satu). Informan penelitian ini adalah tim Tsukiyomi Yosakoi, Iroha Kochi Yosakoi, Harukaze Odori dan Odori Bunkashoukai Asahi serta masyarakat sekitar Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang pernah datang ke festival jepang atau pernah melihat langsung tarian kochi yosakoi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sejarah perkembangan tarian Kochi Yosakoi di Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta terjadi pada tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2019 yaitu di daerah Yogyakarta, Purwokerto dan Semarang. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya yaitu faktor minat, pengetahuan, peluang dan fleksibilitas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perkembangan tarian Kochi Yosakoi di Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta terjadi karena adanya difusi atau penyebaran unsur-unsur budaya baru melalui kelompok tari yosakoi di wilayah Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang menjadi budaya populer dikalangan mahasiswa dan siswa SMA di daerah tersebut. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is entitled "The Development of the Kochi Yosakoi Dance in Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta." The purpose of this study is to describe the history and factors that influence the development of the Kochi Yosakoi dance in Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The theory used is popular culture, cultural diffusion and yosakoi naruko odori. The research technique used is interview technique, questionnaire and literature study. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The amount of data in this study is 61 (sixty one). The informants of this research were the Tsukiyomi Yosakoi team, Iroha Kochi Yosakoi, Harukaze Odori and Odori Bunkashoukai Asahi as well as people around Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta who had come to Japanese festivals or had seen the kochi yosakoi dance firsthand. The results of this study are the history of the development of the Kochi Yosakoi dance in Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta from 2010 to 2019 in the areas of Yogyakarta, Purwokerto and Semarang. The influencing factors are interest, knowledge, opportunity and flexibility factors. The conclusion of this study is that the development of the Kochi Yosakoi dance in Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta occurred because of the diffusion or spread of new cultural elements through the Yosakoi dance group in Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta which became popular culture among college students and high school students in that area. |
