| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesadaran hukum tenaga apoteker terhadap kode etik apoteker Indonesia dan pengaruh faktor penghasilan, lama kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kesadaran hukum tenaga apoteker dalam pemberian obat dengan resep dokter di Kota Cilacap. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kota Cilacap dengan responden sebanyak 30 (tiga puluh) orang apoteker. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket, dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan teknik coding, editing, dan tabulasi kemudian disajikan secara naratif dan tabel data. Anlisis data kuantitatif mengunakan metode statistik sederhana, sedangkan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan metode analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran hukum tenaga apoteker terhadap kode etik apoteker Indonesia dalam pemberian obat dengan resep dokter di Kota Cilacap adalah tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan indikator-indikator yaitu tingginya tingkat pengetahuan tenaga apoteker terhadap kode etik apoteker Indonesia, tingginya tingkat pemahaman tenaga apoteker terhadap isi kode etik apoteker Indonesia, banyaknya sikap setuju tenaga apoteker terhadap kode etik apoteker Indonesia. dan banyak perilaku tenaga apoteker yang sesuai dengan kode etik apoteker Indonesia. Faktor penghasilan, lama kerja dan lingkungan kerja cenderung berpengaruh positif terhadap kode etik apoteker Indonesia dalam pemberian obat dengan resep dokter, artinya semakin tinggi tingkat penghasilan, lama kerja serta semakin baik lingkungan kerja, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kesadaran hukum apoteker terhadap kode etik apoteker Indonesia dalam pemberian obat dengan resep dokter di Kota Cilacap. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the level of legal awareness of pharmacists on the code of ethics of Indonesian pharmacists and the influence of income factors, length of work and work environment on legal awareness of pharmacists in prescribing doctors in Cilacap City. This research uses quantitative research methods with sociological juridical approach and descriptive research specifications. This research is located in Cilacap City with 30 (thirty) pharmacists as respondents. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling. Types of data sources include primary and secondary data obtained using the questionnaire, documentary and library methods. The collected data is processed using coding, editing, and tabulating techniques and then presented in a narrative and data table. Quantitative data analysis used simple statistical methods, while qualitative data analysis used content analysis and comparison analysis methods. The results showed that the level of legal awareness of pharmacists on the code of ethics of Indonesian pharmacists in administering drugs by prescription in Cilacap City was high. This is evidenced by the indicators, namely the high level of knowledge of pharmacists on the Indonesian pharmacist code of ethics, the high level of understanding of pharmacists on the contents of the Indonesian pharmacist code of ethics, the number of pharmacists agreeing to the Indonesian pharmacist code of ethics. and many pharmacists' behavior is in accordance with the Indonesian pharmacist's code of ethics. Factors of income, length of work and work environment tend to have a positive effect on the code of ethics of Indonesian pharmacists in administering drugs with a doctor's prescription, meaning that the higher the level of income, the length of work and the better the work environment, the higher the level of pharmacist's legal awareness of the pharmacist's code of ethics.
