| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Cinta adalah sebuah perasaan yang ada dalam setiap insan. Cinta memiliki berbagai jenis dan cara penyampaian yang berbeda. Salah satunya lewat sebuah lagu. BTS adalah boy band Korea yang menyampaikan makna cinta lewat series bertema Love Yourself yang terdiri dari tiga album, Love Yourself : Her, Love Yourself : Tear dan Love Yourself : Answer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatakan hermeneutik. Hermeneutik merupakan sebuah ilmu tentang interpretasi. Hermeneutika dalam penelitian ini akan dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan interpretasi terhadap teks lirik lagu cinta berbahasa Korea dari BTS, boy band dari Korea Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini berisi tentang proses BTS memaknai cinta yang disampaikan lewat lima lagu cinta dari series album Love Yourself. Pemaknaan awal cinta BTS yaitu akan melakukan apapun demi sosok yang BTS cintai dengan menutupi jati diri yang sesungguhnya agar sosok yang BTS cintai selalu ada untuk BTS, yaitu pada lagu ‘Outro : Her’ dan ‘The Truth Untold 전하지 못한 진심 (ft. Steve Aoki)’. Ketika BTS merasa salah tentang cinta yang selama ini BTS lakukan, BTS mengakhiri cinta yang BTS miliki, seperti pada lagu ‘Fake Love’ dan mulai menampilkan sosok BTS yang sesungguhnya dan mulai memahami untuk mencintai diri sendiri yang tergambar lewat lagu ‘Epiphany’ dan ‘Answer : Love Myself’. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Love is a feeling that exists in every human being. Love has many different types and different ways of conveying it. One of them through a song. BTS is a Korean boy band who conveys the meaning of love through a series themed Love Yourself which consists of three albums, Love Yourself: Her, Love Yourself: Tear and Love Yourself: Answer. This study uses a qualitative method with a hermeneutic approach. Hermeneutics is a science of interpretation. The hermeneutics in this study will be used to interpret the text of the Korean love song lyrics from BTS, a boy band from South Korea. The results of this study is the BTS process of interpreting love which is conveyed through five love songs from the Love Yourself album series. The initial meaning of BTS' love is to do anything for the person that BTS loves by covering up their true identity so that the person that BTS loves is always there for BTS, namely in the songs 'Outro: Her' and 'The Truth Untold 못한 (ft. Steve Aoki )'. When BTS feels wrong about the love that BTS has done so far, BTS ends the love that BTS has, as in the song 'Fake Love' and begins to show the real BTS figure and begins to understand to love yourself which is depicted through the songs 'Epiphany' and 'Answer'. : Love Myself'. |
