| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menemukan bukti empiris pengaruh Debt to Total Assets, Long Term Debt to Total Assets, Debt to Equity, dan Long Term Debt to Equity terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Debt to Total Assets berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, 2) Debt to Total Assets jangka panjang berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan 3) Debt to Equity tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, 4) Utang Jangka Panjang terhadap Ekuitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is performed to find out and find empirical evidence of the effect of Debt to Total Assets, Long-term Debt to Total Assets, Debt to equity, and Long-term Debt to Equity on Firm Value. The population in this study is consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample in this study was 44 companies. Determination of the sample using the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is panel data regression. Based on the results of research and data analysis shows that: 1) Debt to Total Assets has a negative effect on Firm Value, 2) Long-term Debt to Total Assets has a positive effect on Firm Value 3) Debt to Equity has no significant effect on Firm Value, 4) Long-term Debt to Equity has a negative effect on Firm Value. |
