Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Tingkat Kepadatan Closed House Terhadap Kadar Total Protein, Albumin Dan Glukosa Darah Ayam Broiler Strain Ross” telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Desember 2020 – 7 Februari 2021 di Eksperimental Farm, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepadatan kandang closed house terhadap kadar total protein plasma, albumin dan glukosa darah ayam broiler strain ross serta untuk mengetahui kepadatan kandang closed house yang optimal dalam pemeliharaan ayam broiler. Materi penelitian terdiri dari 200 ekor DOC strain ross yang dipelihara selama 35 hari, kandang closed house, pakan prestarter S00, pakan starter S11, pakan finisher S12, air minum secara ad libitum, bahan dan peralatan analisis kimia darah. Pakan prestarter mengandung protein 23-24% dan energi metabolis 2950-3050 kcal/kg, starter mengandung protein 21-23% energi metabolis 3070-3170 kcal/kg, dan finisher mengandung protein 19,5-21,5% energi metabolis 3125-3225 kcal/kg. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental, dengan perlakuan kepadatan kandang closed house berdasarkan bobot badan umur 30 hari. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas: T1= 8 ekor/m2, T2= 9 ekor/m2, T3= 10 ekor/m2, T4= 11 ekor/m2, T5= 12 ekor/m2. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan analisis variansi (ANAVA), apabila perlakuan berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel yang diukur, maka dilakukan uji lanjut DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kadar total protein plasma T1 (3,75 ± 0,191); T2 (4,5 ± 0,346); T3 (4,3 ± 0,621); T4 (3,45 ± 0,443); T5 (3,6 ± 0,282). Kadar albumin T1 (4,14 ± 0,424); T2 (4,655 ± 0,821); T3 (2,88 ± 0,43); T4 (3,665 ± 0,751); T5 (3,06 ± 0,694). Kadar glukosa darah T1 (126,5 ± 14,88); T2 (133,5 ± 16,11); T3 (130,25 ± 21,97); T4 (114,75 ± 14,127); T5 (113,75 ± 10,078). Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa kepadatan kandang closed house berpengaruh tidak nyata (P > 0,05) terhadap kadar glukosa darah, berpengaruh sangat nyata (P < 0,01) terhadap kadar albumin dan total protein plasma. Tingkat kepadatan kandang 10 ekor/m2 memiliki kadar albumin paling rendah. Tingkat kepadatan kandang 11 ekor/m2 memiliki kadar total protein plasma paling rendah. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa tingkat kepadatan kandang closed house dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kadar total protein plasma dan albumin dengan nilai terendah pada perlakuan 11 ekor/m2 untuk kadar total protein plasma dan 10 ekor/m2 untuk kadar albumin, namun berpengaruh tidak nyata pada kadar glukosa darah ayam broiler strain ross.

Inggris)The study entitled "Effects of Closed House Stocking Density Levels on the Content of Total Protein, Albumin and Blood Glucose of Strain Ross Broiler Chickens" was held on 7 December 2020 – 7 February 2021 at Experimental Farm, Faculty of Animal Science, Jenderal Soedirman University, and Faculty of Veterinary, Gadjah Mada University. The study aimed to find out the effects of stocking density levels on closed-house by total plasma protein, albumin, and blood glucose of broiler chickens ross strain, also to understand the most optimal stocking density levels on the closed house for breeding broiler chickens. The research materials consist of 200 DOC ross strain maintained for 35 days, closed house cages, pre-starter feed S00, starter S11, finisher S12, drinking water ad libitum, materials, and blood chemistry analysis tools. Pre-starter feed contains 23-24% protein and 2950-3050 kcal/kg metabolic energy, starter 21-23% protein and 3070-3170 kcal/kg metabolic energy, and finisher 19,5-21,5% protein and 3125-3225 kcal/kg metabolic energy. The research was done using an experimental method, with treatments to closed-house stocking density based on body weight at the age of 21-34 days. A completely randomized design was used as the research design with five treatments and four repetitions. The analysis used in this research is the analysis of variance (ANOVA). If treatments affect the measured variable, then this research is followed by the DMRT test. Treatments consists of: T1= 8 birds/m2, T2= 9 birds/m2, T3= 10 birds/m2, T4= 11 birds/m2, T5= 12 birds/m2. The results of total plasma protein T1 (3,75 ± 0,191); T2 (4,5 ± 0,346); T3 (4,3 ± 0,621); T4 (3,45 ± 0,443); T5 (3,6 ± 0,282). Albumin levels T1 (4,14 ± 0,424); T2 (4,655 ± 0,821); T3 (2,88 ± 0,43); T4 (3,665 ± 0,751); T5 (3,06 ± 0,694). Blood glucose levels T1 (126,5 ± 14,88); T2 (133,5 ± 16,11); T3 (130,25 ± 21,97); T4 (114,75 ± 14,127); T5 (113,75 ± 10,078). The result of analysis of variance showed that stocking density of closed house had no significant effect (P > 0,05) on the blood glucose but had a very significant effect (P < 0,05) on total protein and albumin. The ten birds/m2 treatment has the lowest content of albumin. The 11 birds/m2 treatment has the lowest content of total protein. The conclusion is that stocking density affected broiler chickens ross strain on total plasma protein and albumin with the lowest content is 11 birds/m2 for total plasma protein and ten birds/m2 for albumin, but have no significant effect on blood glucose.
