| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi beberapa jenis konsorsium PGPR dan berbagai dosis pupuk kandang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Unsoed dari Maret 2020 sampai Juli 2020. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan tiga kali pengulangan. Perlakuan yang diaplikasikan adalah jenis PGPR yang terdiri dari tiga jenis yaitu kontrol, isolat R08 + isolat R11, dan Rhizobium sp. LM-5 + isolat R08, serta dosis pupuk kandang yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu 0 ton/ha, 15 ton/ha, dan 30 ton/ha. Variabel yang diamati meliputi panjang akar, luas daun, lebar bukaan dan kerapatan stomata, kadar klorofil daun, tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, bobot kering tanaman, panjang malai, jumlah gabah per malai, bobot 1000 biji, bobot gabah per rumpun, dan bobot gabah per petak efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan jenis konsorsium PGPR memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan akar, luas daun, bobot kering tanaman, panjang malai, jumlah gabah per malai, bobot gabah per rumpun, dan bobot gabah per petak efektif, sedangkan perlakuan dosis pupuk kandang memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan panjang akar, luas daun, bobot kering tanaman, jumlah gabah per malai, bobot gabah per rumpun, dan bobot gabah per petak efektif. Interaksi antara jenis konsorsium PGPR dan dosis pupuk kandang terjadi pada variabel bobot gabah per petak efektif dimana interaksi keduanya mampu secara linier meningkatkan bobot gabah per petak efektif. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of the application of several types of PGPR consortium and various doses of manure on the growth and yield of rice plants. This research was carried out in the experimental field of the Unsoed Faculty of Agriculture from March 2020 to July 2020. The design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL) with three repetitions. The treatment applied was PGPR which consisted of three types, namely control, isolate R08 + isolate R11, and Rhizobium sp. LM-5 + isolate R08, and the dose of manure consisting of three levels, namely 0 tons/ha, 15 tons/ha, and 30 tons/ha. The variables observed included root length, leaf area, stomatal opening width and density, leaf chlorophyll content, plant height, number of tillers, plant dry weight, panicle length, number of grain per panicle, weight of 1000 seeds, weight of grain per clump, and weight of effective grain per plot. The results showed that the PGPR consortium type treatment had a significant effect on root growth, leaf area, plant dry weight, panicle length, number of grain per panicle, grain weight per clump, and effective grain weight per plot, while the treatment dose of manure had a significant effect. on the growth of root length, leaf area, plant dry weight, number of grain per panicle, weight of grain per clump, and effective weight of grain per plot. The interaction between the type of PGPR consortium and the dose of manure occurred in the effective grain weight variable per plot where the interaction between the two was able to linearly increase the effective grain weight per plot.
