Indonesia) | Infeksi Helicobacter pylori menjadi masalah di seluruh dunia karena diduga menjadi salah satu penyebab utama dari gastritis kronik, tukak lambung, kanker lambung dan limfoma pada saluran cerna. Jalur pensinyalan p38 MAPK memainkan peran penting dalam mengatur respon seluler. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara infeksi Helicobacter pylori dengan imunoekspresi p38 pada pasien gastritis kronis di Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Cross sectional Survey. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua pasien gastritis kronis di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah quota sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 pasien gastritis kronis di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Berdasarkan uji somer’s d didapatkan hasil nilai sig (p) 0,02 terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara infeksi Helicobacter pylori dengan imunoekspresi p38 pada pasien gastritis kronis di Banyumas dan nilai korelasi (R) 0,435 yang menunjukan terdapat korelasi positif yang searah dengan tingkat moderate. Ada hubungan antara infeksi Helicobacter pylori dengan imunoekspresi p38 pada pasien gastritis kronis. |

Inggris) | Helicobacter pylori infection is a worldwide problem because it is thought to be one of the main causes of chronic gastritis, gastric ulcers, gastric cancer and lymphoma in the gastrointestinal tract. The p38 MAPK signaling pathway plays an important role in regulating cellular responses. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and p38 immunoexpression in chronic gastritis patients in Banyumas. This study used a cross sectional survey research design. The population of this study were all chronic gastritis patients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. The sampling technique used is quota sampling. The sample used in this study were 30 patients with chronic gastritis at Prof. Hospital. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Based on the Somer's d test, the sig (p) value of 0.02 showed a significant relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and immunoexpression of p38 in chronic gastritis patients in Banyumas and a correlation value (R) of 0.435 which indicated that there was a positive correlation in the same direction as the moderate level. . There is a relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and p38 immunoexpression in chronic gastritis patients. |
