| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kailan memiliki prospek yang baik untuk dikembangkan di Indonesia karena kandungan gizi yang banyak seperti vitamin A, vitamin C, thiamin, zat kapur dan memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman kailan yaitu dengan budidaya secara hidroponik menggunakan media tanam dan konsentrasi nutrisi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi nutrisi, komposisi media tanam, dan kombinasi perlakuan yang memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2020 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2021 di screen house dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor yang diulang tiga kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi AB-mix terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan adalah 1250 ppm. Perlakuan tersebut menunjukkan hasil terbaik pada variabel pertumbuhan dan hasil yaitu jumlah daun 11,77 helai, luas daun 109,52 cm2, diameter batang 1,30 cm, bobot tanaman segar 75,34 g, bobot tajuk segar 65,92 g, bobot tanaman kering 7,00 g dan bobot tajuk kering 6,31 g. Perlakuan komposisi media tanam terbaik adalah arang sekam: cocopeat yang menunjukkan hasil terbaik pada variabel luas daun 112,69 cm2. Kombinasi perlakuan terbaik adalah konsentrasi AB-mix 1250 ppm dengan komposisi media tanam arang sekam:zeolit yang memberikan hasil terbaik pada tinggi tanaman 36,50 cm dan jumlah daun 13,00 helai dan konsentrasi AB-mix 1650 ppm dengan komposisi media tanam arang sekam: cocopeat pada bobot tanaman segar 86,59 g dan bobot tajuk segar 79,00 g. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Kailan has the best prospects to explore in Indonesia because it has many nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, thiamin, calcium and high economic value. One of the ways to increase Kailan production is by replanting hydroponic correctly by using plant with the right concentration of nutrients and composition of planting medium. This research aims to find out the best concentration of nutrients AB-mix, composition of planting medium, and the combination of them for the growth and yield of kailan plants. This research conducts from November to January 2021 in the screen house of the Faculty Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The experiment uses RCBD with 9 treatments and 3 replications. The result shows the best concentration effect of AB-mix nutrients for the growth and yield of kailan plants is 1250 ppm. The concentration give the best effect on number of leaves by 11,77 strands, leaf are by 109,52 cm2, stem diameter by 1,30 cm, fresh plant weight by 75,34 g, fresh crown weight 65,92 g, dry plant weight 7,00 g and dry crown weight 6,31 g. Arang sekam:cocopeat give the best effect on leaf area by 112,69 cm2. The treatment concentration of nutrients 1250 ppm with composition of planting medium charcoal husk: zeolit give the best effect on plant height by 36,50 cm and number of leaves by 13,00 strands and concentration of nutrients 1650 ppm with composition of planting medium charcoal husk: cocopeat give the best effect on fresh plant weight by 86,59 g and fresh crown weight 79,00g. |
