| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan memotivasi ketua kelompok, tingkat motivasi anggota kelompok serta menganalisis hubungan antara kemampuan memotivasi ketua kelompok dengan motivasi kelompok peternak sapi potong di Kecamatan Bawang Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Sasaran penelitian yaitu ketua dan anggota kelompok peternak sapi potong di Kecamatan Bawang Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu kemampuan memotivasi ketua kelompok (X) dan motivasi peternak (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei (survey method) terhadap kelompok peternak sapi potong. Sampel wilayah dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Responden dipilih dengan metode Accidental sampling sebanyak 30 responden peternak sapi potong. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat memotivasi ketua kelompok termasuk dalam kategori Tinggi dengan skor 0,966. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang nyata (P<0,01) antara kemampuan memotivasi ketua kelompok dengan motivasi anggota. Kemampuan memotivasi ketua kelompok kepada anggota kelompok sapi potong di Kecamatan Bawang sangat baik, sehingga anggota kelompok memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk mencapai tujuan. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the level of ability to motivate group leaders, the level of motivation of group members and to analyze the relationship between the ability to motivate the group leader and the motivation of the beef cattle farmer groups in Bawang District, Banjarnegara Regency. The research targets were the leader and members of the beef cattle breeder group in Bawang District, Banjarnegara Regency. The variables used were the ability to motivate group leader (X) and farmer motivation (Y). The research method used is a survey method (survey method) to the beef cattle farmer group. The sample area was selected using purposive sampling method. Respondents were selected by Accidental sampling method as many as 30 respondents of beef cattle breeders. The analysis used is the Rank Spearman analysis. The results showed that the motivation level of the group leader was in the High category with a score of 0.966. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship (P <0.01) between the ability to motivate the group leader and the motivation of the members. high to reach the goal. |
