| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan tantangan baru pada distribusi obat di Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF). Apoteker memiliki peran penting merespon pandemi terutama menjaga rantai pasok obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi apoteker terhadap peran dan perilaku apoteker di PBF serta faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku apoteker di masa pandemi. Metodologi: Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis melalui wawancara mendalam. Informan yang diwawancarai berjumlah 5 orang. Wawancara dilakukan sejak 24 April hingga 1 Mei 2021 secara online melalui aplikasi zoom. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan uji kredibilitas (member check dan peer debriefing), uji transferabilitas dengan uraian rinci, uji dependabilitas dan uji konfirmabilitas melalui audit dosen pembimbing. Hasil wawancara dianalisis dengan berfikir induktif. Hasil dan Kesimpulan: Apoteker memiliki peran dalam menjaga kelangsungan proses distribusi obat dan vaksin Covid-19 dan peran tambahan penting diluar kegiatan distribusi yaitu mengawasi pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan di PBF dan melakukan sosialisasi terkait Covid-19 kepada karyawan. Apoteker melakukan perubahan perilaku kesehatan untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19. Faktor pendukung perilaku Apoteker adalah pemanfaatan teknologi. Faktor penghambatnya adalah adanya kendala pada sistem, pembatasan kegiatan dan apabila ada karyawan yang menderita Covid-19. Didapat pula dampak pandemi di PBF yang dapat dijadikan penelitian selanjutnya. Kata kunci: Peran Apoteker, Pedagang Besar Farmasi, Covid-19 |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: The Covid-19 pandemic poses new challenges for drug distribution at Pharmaceutical Wholesalers (PW). Pharmacist has important roles during pandemic especially at drug distribution. This study aims to determine the pharmacist's perception of the role and behavior of pharmacists in PW and the factors that influence pharmacist behavior during the pandemic. Methodology: The research was observed using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach through in-depth interviews. Informants were taken until the data was saturated, namely 5 informants. Interviews were conducted from April 24 to May 1, 2021 online via Zoom Meetings application. The validity of the data was being examined by means of a credibility test (member check and peer debriefing), a transferability test with a detailed description, a dependability test and a confirmability test through an audit supervisor. The results of the interviews were then being analyzed by thematic analyzed. Results and Conclusions: Pharmacist had a role in maintaining the continuity of the Covid-19 medicine and vaccine distribution process and an important additional role outside of distribution activities, supervising the implementation of health protocols at PW and conducting socialization related to Covid-19 to employees. Pharmacist made health behavior changes to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The supporting factor for Pharmacist's behavior was the use of technology. The inhibiting factors were the existence of obstacles in the system, restrictions on activities and if there were employees who suffer from Covid-19.
