| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasa percaya, daya tarik dan keahlian endorser Cristiano Ronaldo terhadap citra merek dan keputusan pembelian di marketplace Shopee. Objek penelitian ini adalah kredibilitas seorang pendukung selebriti Cristiano Ronaldo seperti daya tarik, kepercayaan, keahlian melalui citra merek pada keputusan pembelian Shopee. Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei dengan memakai kuesioner sebagai alat bantu pengambilan data, untuk dibagikan kepada 145 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel daya tarik dan keahlian endorser terhadap citra merek dan keputusan pembelian. Namun, tidak terdapat pengaruh variabel rasa percaya terhadap citra merek dan keputusan pembelian. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of trust, attractiveness, and expertise of Cristiano Ronaldo's endorser on brand image and purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. The object of this research is the credibility of a celebrity supporter of Cristiano Ronaldo such as attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise through the brand image in Shopee purchasing decisions. This research is a type of quantitative research with a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool, distributed to 145 respondents. The results showed that there were a significant influence between the attractiveness and endorser expertise variables on brand image and purchasing decisions. However, there is no influence of the trust variable on brand image and purchasing decisions. |
