| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Tingkat Kepadatan Closed House Terhadap Jumlah Leukosit dan Diferensial Leukosit Ayam Broiler Strain Ross”. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kepadatan kandang terhadap jumlah leukosit dan diferensial leukosit ayam broiler strain ross serta untuk mengetahui tingkat kepadatan kandang yang optimal untuk pemeliharaan ayam broiler. Materi penelitian terdiri dari ayam DOC strain ross sebanyak 200 ekor yang dipelihara selama 35 hari, kandang closed house, komponen peralatan kandang, pakan prestarter booster S00, starter S11 dan finisher S12, air minum secara ad libitum, bahan dan peralatan analisis kimia darah. Ransum pakan prestarter protein 23 - 24 %, starter protein 21 – 23% dan pakan finisher protein 19.5 – 21.5 %. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental yaitu perlakuan kepadatan kandang closed house berdasarkan bobot badan panen yang dikonversikan ke dalam jumlah ayam pada umur 21-35 hari. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan T1: 8 ekor/m², T2: 9 ekor/m², T3: 10 ekor/m², T4: 11 ekor/m², dan T5: 12 ekor/m². Hasil penelitiian jumlah leukosit (.../µl) T1 (8112.5 ± 20845); T2 (7450 ± 2750); T3 (7975 ± 1375); T4 (11925 ± 2175); dan T5 (12862.5 ± 4237.5). Hasil persentase heterofil (%) T1 (45.25 ± 5.75); T2 (51 ± 9); T3 (45.25 ± 16.75); T4 (31 ± 9); dan T5 (30 ± 11). Hasil persentase eosinofil (%) T1 (2 ± 1); T2 (2.5 ± 1.5); T3 (3.25 ± 0.75); T4 (2.25 ± 1.75); dan T5 (2.25 ± 0.75). Hasil persentase monosit (%) T1 (4.25 ± 1.75); T2 (4.75 ± 1.25); T3 (7 ± 4); T4 (7.75 ± 2.25); dan T5 (8.25 ± 3.75). Hasil persentase limfosit (%) T1 (48.5 ± 3.5); T2 (41.75 ± 11.75); T3 (44.5 ± 20.5); T4 (59 ± 11); dan T5 (59.5 ± 9.5). Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepadatan kandang berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah leukosit (P>0.01) dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase heterofil (P>0.05) namun berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap persentase eosinofil, basofil, limfosit dan monosit (P<0.05). Kesimpulan bahwa semakin tinggi kepadatan kandang closed house maka jumlah leukosit akan semakin meningkat. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The study, entitled "The Effect of Stocking Density Closed House Levels on The Number Of Leukocyte And Leukocyte Differential In Broilers Strain Ross”. The research objective was to determine the effect of stocking density closed house on the number of leukocyte differential in broilers strain ross and to determine the density level of closed house optimal for chicken comfort standards. The research materials consisted of 200 DOC strains cobb maintained for 35 days, closed house cages, cage equipment components, prestarter booster feed S00, starter S11 and finisher S12, drinking water ad libitum, materials and blood chemistry analysis equipment. Pre-starter protein rations 23 - 24%, starter protein 21-23% and protein finisher feed 19.5 - 21.5%. The research was conducted using an experimental method, namely stocking density treatment closed house based on harvested body weight converted into the number of chickens at the age of 21-35 days. The research design used was a completely randomized design (CRD), with 5 treatments and 4 replications. Treatment T1: 8 birds / m², T2: 9 birds / m², T3: 10 birds / m², T4: 11 birds / m², and T5: 12 birds / m². The result of total leukkocyte (.../µl) T1 (8112.5 ± 20845); T2 (7450 ± 2750); T3 (7975 ± 1375); T4 (11925 ± 2175); and T5 (12862.5 ± 4237.5). Result of percentage heterophiles (%) T1 (45.25 ± 5.75); T2 (51 ± 9); T3 (45.25 ± 16.75); T4 (31 ± 9); and T5 (30 ± 11). Result of percentage eosinophiles (%) T1 (2 ± 1); T2 (2.5 ± 1.5); T3 (3.25 ± 0.75); T4 (2.25 ± 1.75); and T5 (2.25 ± 0.75). Result of percentage monochyte (%) T1 (4.25 ± 1.75); T2 (4.75 ± 1.25); T3 (7 ± 4); T4 (7.75 ± 2.25); and T5 (8.25 ± 3.75). Result of percentage limpochyte (%) T1 (48.5 ± 3.5); T2 (41.75 ± 11.75); T3 (44.5 ± 20.5); T4 (59 ± 11); and T5 (59.5 ± 9.5). The results of the analysis of variance showed that the stocking density closed house had a very significant effect on the number of leukocyte (P>0.01) and had a significant effect on the percentage of heterophils (P> 0.05) but had no significant effect on the percentage of eosinophils, basophils, lymphocytes and monocytes (P <0.05). The conclusion is that the higher the density of closed house cages, the more leukocyte counts will be. |
