Indonesia) | Abstrak SYSTEMATIC REVIEW FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KEJADIAN DEMAM TIFOID PADA PASIEN RAWAT INAP Murniasih1, Agnes Fitria Widiyanto2, Suratman3 Latar Belakang: Penyakit demam tifoid di dunia mencapai 11-20 juta kasus per tahun yang mengakibatkan 128.000-161.000 kematian setiap tahunnya termasuk pada pasien rawat inap. Penyakit ini termasuk dalam kategori penyakit dengan Case Fatality Rate (CFR) tertinggi sebesar 0,67%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian demam tifoid pada pasien rawat inap berdasarkan kajian literatur. Metodologi: Penelitian Systematic Review ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Sumber data diperoleh dari Google Scholar dan Microsoft academic untuk menemukan artikel penelitian yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang selanjutnya dilakukan review lebih mendalam. Hasil Penelitian: Peneliti menemukan 11 artikel penelitian yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Terdapat 10 faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian demam tifoid pada pasien rawat inap yaitu: kebiasaan membeli makanan di luar, kebiasaan Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS), sumber air bersih, kebersihan kuku, sarana pembuangan tinja (jamban), kebiasaan mencuci bahan makanan mentah langsung konsumsi, kebiasaan menutup makanan, riwayat demam tifoid dalam keluarga, pendidikan, dan usia. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh antara kebiasaan membeli makanan di luar, kebiasaan Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS), sumber air bersih, kebersihan kuku, sarana pembuangan tinja (jamban), kebiasaan mencuci bahan makanan mentah langsung konsumsi, kebiasaan menutup makanan, riwayat demam tifoid dalam keluarga, pendidikan, dan usia terhadap kejadian demam tifoid pada pasien rawat inap. Inggris) | Abstract SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE OCCURRENCE OF TYPHOID FEVER IN HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS Murniasih1, Agnes Fitria Widiyanto2, Suratman3 Background: Typhoid fever in this world reaches 11-20 million cases per year which causes 128.000-161.000 deaths each year, including hospitalized patients. This disease is included in the disease category with the highest Case Fatality Rate of 0.67%. This research aims to determine factors that influence the occurrence of typhoid fever in hospitalized patients based on literarure study. Methodology: This Systematic Review research used literature review. The data sources were obtained from google scholar and Microsoft academic to find research articles that matched the inclusion and exclusion criteria which were then carried out a more in-depth review. Results: Researchers found out 11 research articles that matched the inclusion and exclusion criteria. There were 10 factors that influence the occurrence of typhoid fever in hospitalized patients, among them were: habit of buying food outside, habit of washing hands with soap, source of clean water, nail hygiene, feces disposal facility (latrine), habit of washing raw food ingredients directly for consumption, habit of covering food, family history of typhoid fever, education, and, age. Conclusion: There was an influence between the factors of habit of buying food outside, habit of washing hands with soap, source of clean water, nail hygiene, feces disposal facility (latrine), habit of washing raw food ingredients directly for consumption, habit of covering food, family history of typhoid fever, education, and, ageon the occurrence of typhoid fever in hospitalized patients.
