| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen, Kepemilikan Manajerial Dan Intellectual Capital Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Profitabilitas Sebagai Variabel Intervening”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kebijakan dividen, kepemilikan manajerial, dan intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan baik secara langsung ataupun secara tidak langsung dengan melalui profitabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2020 sebagai populasi dalam penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan hasil akhir jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dan uji sobel menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kebijakan Dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap Proftabilitas, (2) Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas, (3) Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas, (4) Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (5) Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (6) Intellectual Capital berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (7) Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (8) Profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh antara Kebiajakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (9) Profitabilitas mampu memediasi pengaruh antara Kepemilikan Manajerial terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (10) Profitabilitas mampu memediasi pengaruh antara Intellectual Capital terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, implikasinya adalah sebaiknya pihak manajer perusahaan manufaktur dapat lebih baik dalam mengambil keputusan terkait kebijakan dividen perusahaan dan penggunaan intellectual capital karena hal tersebut dapat berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian manajer perusahaan bisa mempertimbangkan terkait penerapan kepemilikan manajerial yang terindikasi mampu mempengaruhi tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan dan berdampak pada peningkatan nilai perusahaan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study entitled "The Influence of Dividend Policy, Managerial Ownership and Intellectual Capital on Firm Value With Profitability as an Intervening Variable". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dividend policy, managerial ownership, and intellectual capital on firm value either directly or indirectly through profitability.The method used in this research is a quantitative study that uses manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020 as the population in the study. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the final result of a sample of 30 companies. Based on the results of research and data analysis using path analysis and Sobel test, it shows that: (1) Dividend Policy has no effect on Profitability, (2) Managerial Ownership has a positive effect on Profitability, (3) Intellectual Capital has a positive effect on Profitability, (4) Dividend Policy positive effect on firm value, (5) managerial ownership has a positive effect on firm value, (6) intellectual capital has a negative effect on firm value, (7) profitability has a positive effect on firm value, (8) profitability is not able to mediate the effect of dividend policy on Firm Value, (9) Profitability is able to mediate the effect of Managerial Ownership on Firm Value, (10) Profitability is able to mediate the influence of Intellectual Capital on Firm Value. Based on the results of this study, the implication is that the managers of manufacturing companies should be better at making decisions regarding the company's dividend policy and the use of intellectual capital because it can affect the value of the company. Then company managers can consider the implementation of managerial ownership which is indicated to be able to affect the level of company profitability and have an impact on increasing company value. |
