| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: MAN 2 Purwokerto merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memiliki masalah gizi tertinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Timur I. Penyebab masalah gizi tersebut salah satunya disebabkan kurangnya konsumsi buah dan sayur. Kurangnya konsumsi buah dan sayur dapat disebabkan berbagai faktor. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pola konsumsi buah dan sayur pada remaja di MAN 2 Purwokerto. Metodologi: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pemilihan sampel dengan proportionate stratified random sampling sebanyak 284 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat, bivariat menggunakan chi square dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil Penelitian: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin (p= 0,038), uang saku remaja (p= 0,024), pendapatan orang tua (p= 0,012), pengetahuan gizi (p= 0,000), ketersediaan buah dan sayur (p= 0,032), dan keterpaparan media informasi (p=0,033) dengan pola konsumsi buah dan sayur pada remaja di MAN 02 Purwokerto. Variabel keterpaparan media informasi paling berpengaruh dengan pola konsumsi buah dan sayur pada remaja (OR=1,715). Kesimpulan: Keterpaparan media informasi merupakan faktor paling berpengaruh terhadap pola konsumsi buah dan sayur pada remaja di MAN 02 Purwokerto, sehingga perlu optimalisasi penyebaran informasi terkait pentingnya konsumsi buah dan sayur pada remaja melalui berbagai media informasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: MAN 2 Purwokerto is one of school that has the highest nutritional problems in working area of Puskesmas Purwokerto Timur I. The cause of the nutritional problem is one of them is due to the lack of consumption of fruits and vegetables. The lack of consumption of fruits and vegetables can be caused by variety factors. Aim: Knowing factors that related to fruit and vegetable consumption patterns of adolescents in MAN 2 Purwokerto. Methodology: Quantitative research with cross sectional approach. Selection of samples with proportionate stratified random sampling as many as 284 respondents. Data analysis is done with univariate, bivariate analysis using chi square and multivariate using logistic regression. Results: There are significant relationship between gender (p= 0.038), adolescent allowance (p= 0.024), parental income (p= 0.012), nutritional knowledge (p= 0.000), availability of fruits and vegetables (p= 0.032), and exposure of information media (p=0.033) to fruit and vegetable consumption patterns in adolescents in MAN 02 Purwokerto. Exposure of information media is most influential with the pattern of consumption of fruits and vegetables in adolescents (OR=1,715). Conclusion: Exposure of information media is the most influential factor in the consumption pattern of fruits and vegetables in adolescents in MAN 02 Purwokerto, so it is necessary to optimize the dissemination of information related to the importance of fruit and vegetable consumption in adolescents through various information media. |
