| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Media sosial memiliki dampak penting terhadap pemberitaan dan komunikasi publik. Salah satunya adalah Twitter yang mulai memiliki sistem automatic base (autobase) dengan fitur automenfess. Akun menfess tersebut hadir untuk menampung semua topik mengenai citra Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) terutama pada perilaku anggota Polri di media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap citra anggota Polri yang muncul pada akun menfess @txtdrberseragam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif jenis analisis isi dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 56 unggahan tweet dari total populasi di akun @txtdrberseragam. Metode analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra anggota Polri di akun menfess @txtdrberseragam terbagi menjadi dua persepsi yaitu persepsi positif dan negatif dalam menilai Polri yang dapat dilihat dari sampel postingan anonim pada akun tersebut. Persepsi negatif dalam postingan akun menfess tersebut yaitu sebanyak 47 postingan (83,9%). Kemudian persepsi positif yaitu sebanyak 9 postingan (16,1%) dari total sampel 56 postingan.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan persepsi negatif dalam postingan tweet di akun menfess @txtxdrberseragam terbanyak yaitu membanggakan diri berlebih sebanyak 24 postingan (40,9%). Jenis postingan yang didominasi dalam bentuk foto tangkapan layar yang menampilkan oknum anggota Polri dengan postur tubuh yang tinggi, gagah, dan berwibawa yang didukung dengan atribut seragam dan senjata kebanggaannya.

One of them is Twitter which has started to have an automatic base system (autobase) with the automenfess feature. The Menfess account is here to accommodate all topics regarding the image of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), especially on the behavior of Polri members on social media. This study aims to determine the public's perception of the image of Polri members that appear on the menfess account @txtdrberseragam. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method of content analysis using a quota sampling technique with a sample of 56 tweets uploaded from the total population in the @txtdrberseragam account. The data analysis method uses a frequency distribution. The results show that the image of Polri members in the menfess @txtdrberseragam account is divided into two perceptions, namely positive and negative perceptions in assessing Polri which can be seen from the sample of anonymous posts on the account. The negative perception in posting the menfess account was 47 posts (83.9%). Then positive perceptions were 9 posts (16.1%) out of a total sample of 56 posts. Based on the results of data analysis, it showed negative perceptions in tweet postings in the menfess @txtxdrberseragam account, which was excessive pride in 24 posts (40.9%). The type of post that is dominated in the form of screenshots showing unscrupulous members of the National Police with tall, dashing, and authoritative body postures supported by uniform attributes and prided weapons.
