| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian dengan judul “Total Mikroba dan pH Susu Segar Kambing Perah Peranakan Etawa (PE) di Kecamatan Kaligesing Kabupaten Purworejo” dilaksanakan pada Januari sampai dengan Februari 2021. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kualitas susu kambing perah PE berdasarkan total mikroba dan pH susu serta mengetahui perbedaan antara total mikroba dengan pH susu kambing di Kecamatan Kaligesing, Kabupaten Purworejo. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah susu kambing sebanyak 500 ml dari Desa Pandanrejo, Desa Tlogoguwo, dan Desa Kaliharjo. Hasil rataan total mikroba susu di Desa Pandanrejo sebesar 15,53 x 105 , Desa Tlogoguwo sebesar 21,65 x 105 , dan Desa Kaliharjo sebesar 29,81 x 105 CFU/ml. Rataan pH susu di Desa Pandanrejo sebesar 6,86, Desa Tlogoguwo 6,64, dan Desa Kaliharjo 6,68. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji “t” menunjukkan bahwa rataan total mikroba dan pH susu kambing di ketiga Desa tidak berbeda nyata (P > 0,05). Kesimpulan total mikroba dan pH susu di Desa Pandanrejo, Desa Tlogoguwo, dan Desa Kaliharjo didapatkan hasil yang tidak berbeda nyata. Kualitas susu kambing ditinjau dari total mikroba masih kurang baik yaitu melebihi Thai Agricultural Standard (2008), sedangkan pH susu sudah termasuk baik atau sesuai dengan Thai Agricultural Standard (2008). |

Inggris) | The research with the title "Total Microbes and pH Fresh Milk of Etawa Crossbreeded Goat Milk (PE) in Kaligesing District, Purworejo Regency" was held on January to February 2021. The purpose of this study was to assess the quality of PE dairy goat milk based on total microbes and milk pH and to determine the difference between total microbes and the pH of goat's milk in Kaligesing District, Purworejo Regency. The material used in this study was 500 ml of goat's milk from Pandanrejo Village, Tlogoguwo Village, and Kaliharjo Village. The average of milk microbes in Pandanrejo Village was 15,53 x 105 , Tlogoguwo Village was 21,65 x 105 , and Kaliharjo Village was 29,81 x 105 CFU/ml. The average pH of milk in Pandanrejo Village is 6,86, Tlogoguwo Village is 6,64, and Kaliharjo Village is 6,68. The results of data analysis using the "t" test showed that the mean total microbes and pH of goat's milk in the three villages were not significantly different (P > 0,05). The conclusion is that the total microbial and pH of milk in Pandanrejo Village, Tlogoguwo Village, and Kaliharjo Village obtained results that were not significantly different. The quality of goat's milk in terms of total microbes is still not good, which exceeds the Thai Agricultural Standard (2008), while the pH of the milk is good or in accordance with the Thai Agricultural Standard (2008). |
