| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian berjudul “Pengaruh Penambahan Buah Maja (Aegle marmelos) pada Dekomposer terhadap Kinetika Suhu dan Rendemen Kompos Feses Sapi Potong”. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 November 2020 hingga 09 Januari 2021 di PT.Catur Mitra Taruma Bogor, Jawa Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengkaji kinetika suhu dan rendemen kompos berbahan baku feses sapi potong dengan penambahan buah maja dengan dosis berbeda pada dekomposer. Bahan baku yang digunakan yaitu feses sapi potong dalam bentuk basah 9000 kg, buah maja (Aegle marmelos) segar 540 gr, limbah rebung dalam 3,6 kg, molasses 1,8 L, air 16,2 L, dan tepung beras 18 sdm. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 3 perlakuan dengan 6 kali, sehingga diperoleh 18 unit percobaan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah penambahan buah maja (Aegle marmelos) yaitu A0 (kontrol), A1 (0,03%), dan A2 (0,06%).Variabel yang diukur adalah kinetika suhu pada proses dekomposisi dan rendemen kompos. Pengukuran kinetika suhu dilakukan setiap hari pukul 08.00 dan 15.00 dan dengan pengamatan transisi pada hari ke-1, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, dan 28, sedangkan pengukuran rendemen dilakukan pada akhir pembuatan kompos. Data dianalisis menggunakan Repeated Measures ANOVA (RMA) untuk kinetika sushu dan ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) untuk rendemen. Hasil analisis variansi terdapat interaksi yang nyata (P<0,05) antara perlakuan dan waktu pengamatan pada kinetika suhu. Suhu optimum dicapai pada pengamatan hari ke12 untuk perlakuan A0 (59.88oC), dan pengamatan hari ke-16 pada perlakuan A1 (60,63oC) dan perlakuan A2 (62,28oC). Suhu akhir yang dicapai pada hari ke-28 yaitu suhu A0 (52,43oC), A1 (55,97oC), dan A2 (59,95oC). Hasil analisis variansi. Rendemen tidak terdapat perbedaan yang nyata pada ketiga perlakuan. rendemen yang dihasilkan yaitu 65,995 (A0); 64,36% (A1); dan 66,79% (A2). Kompos yang menggunakan decomposer dengan penambahan 0,06% buah maja (perlakuan A2) menghasilkan kinetika suhu terbaik, namun rendemen yang dihasilkan relatife sama antar perlakuan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | . The research entitled "The Effect of Addition of Maja Fruit (Aegle marmelos) to the Decomposer on Temperature Kinetics and Yield of Beef Cattle Fecal Composition". The research was conducted on November 28, 2020 to January 9, 2021 at PT. Catur Mitra Taruma Bogor, West Java. The purpose of this study was to determine the temperature kinetics and the percentage of compost yield made from beef cattle feces with the addition of maja fruit with different doses to the decomposer. The raw materials used were 9000 kg of beef feces in wet form, 540 grams of fresh fruit of maja (Aegle marmelos), 3.6 kg of fresh bamboo shoots waste, 1.8 L of molasses, 16.2 L of water, and flour. rice 18 tbsp. The research design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatments with 6 repetitions, in order to obtain 18 experimental units. The treatments given were the addition of maja fruit (Aegle marmelos), namely A0 (control), A1 (0.03%), and A2 (0.06%). The measured variables were temperature kinetics in the decomposition process and the percentage of compost yield. Temperature kinetics measurements were carried out every day at 08.00 and 15.00 and with transitional observations on days 1, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, and 28, while the yield percentage measurement was carried out at the end of composting. Data were analyzed using Repeated Measures ANOVA (RMA) for temperature kinetics and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) for percentage of rendemen. The results of the analysis of variance showed a significant interaction (P <0.05) between treatment and time of observation on temperature kinetics. The optimum temperature was achieved on the 12th day of treatment for treatment A0 (59.88oC), and the observation on the 16th day on treatment A1 (60.63oC) and treatment A2 (62.28oC). The final temperature reached on the 28th day was A0 (52.43oC), A1 (55.97 oC), and A2 (59.95oC). The results of the analysis of the percentage of yield variance showed no significant differences in the three treatments. The yield percentage produced was 65.995 (A0); 64.36% (A1); and 66.79% (A2). The results of orthogonal polynomials showed significant differences that varied in temperature kinetics in the three treatments. Compost using decomposer with the addition of 0.06% Maja fruit (A2 treatment) produces the best temperature kinetics, but the yield produced is relatively the same between treatments. |
