| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mengetahui collaborative governance penyelesaian masalah sampah di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur dan faktor-faktor apa sajakah yang mendorong pelaksanaan collaborative governance dalam penyelesaian masalah sampah ini. Menurut hasil penelitian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan proses collaborative governance dalam penyelesaian masalah sampah di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur berjalan baik. Beberapa hal yang mendorong kolaborasi. Pertama, kondisi awal yang mana keterbatasan yang dimiliki stakeholders dapat ditutupi kehadiran stakeholders yang lain. Kedua kepemimpinan fasilitatif Dinas Lingkungan Hidup yang terus mengambil peran dalam pengambilan kebijakan. Ketiga desain lembaga, yang mana proses kolaborasi antar stakeholder dalam penanganan masalah sampah ini dilindungi oleh Peraturan pemerintah Nomor 81 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pengelolaan Sampah dan Surat Edaran Bupati Banyumas Nomor/60.1/776/ 2018 Tentang Pengelolaan Sampah Dari Sumbernya. |

Inggris) | The aim of this research is to find out the collaborative governance process in solving the waste problem in East Purwokerto District and what factors encourage collaborative governance in solving this waste problem. According to results, it can be concluded that the collaborative governance process in solving waste problems in East Purwokerto District can be said to be running well. There are several things that drive the collaborative process. First, the initial condition in which the limitations of stakeholders can be covered up by the presence of other stakeholders. The second is facilitative leadership of Environmental Agency which continues to take a role in policy. The three institutional designs, in which the collaborative process between stakeholders in handling waste problems are protected by Government Regulation Number 81 of 2012 concerning Waste Management and also Circular of the Regent of Banyumas Number / 60.1 / 776/2018 concerning Waste Management from the Source. |
