| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pakcoy merupakan tanaman jenis sawi-sawian yang memiliki peluang pasar cukup tinggi dan berkembang pesat di daerah tropis dan subtropis. Budidaya pakcoy secara hidroponik relatif bersih, tanaman terjaga dari air hujan, media tanam yang digunakan steril dan memiliki hasil tanam dengan produktivitas lebih tinggi. Salah satu sistem yang banyak digunakan adalah sistem hidroponik rakit apung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh formula nutrisi AB Mix modifikasi sulfur dan media tanam terhadap kualitas hasil dan serapan K tanaman pakcoy pada sistem hidroponik rakit apung serta mengetahui perlakuan terbaik dari formula nutrisi AB Mix modifikasi sulfur dan media tanam terhadap kualitas hasil dan serapan K tanaman pakcoy pada sistem hidroponik rakit apung. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screenhouse dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan Desember 2020 hingga Februari 2021. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu formula nutrisi AB Mix modifikasi sulfur yang terdiri dari lima taraf yaitu 4,24% S, 4,74% S, 5,24% S, 5,74% S, dan 6,24% S. Faktor kedua yaitu media tanam yang terdiri dari dua macam yaitu arang sekam dan arang sekam+zeolite. Variabel yang diamati yaitu warna daun, kadar klorofil, bobot akar segar, kadar air, kadar serat kasar, kadar vitamin C dan serapan K. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji F, apabila terdapat keragaman dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Formula nutrisi AB Mix modifikasi sulfur dengan 5,74% S memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap warna daun tanaman pakcoy dengan rata-rata nilai 3,15 skala bagan warna daun. 2) Media tanam arang sekam+zeolite (50%:50%) memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap bobot akar segar tanaman pakcoy dengan bobot rata-rata 12,33 gram. 3) Formula nutrisi 4,24% S dan media tanam arang sekam+zeolite (50%:50%) menghasilkan bobot rata-rata akar segar terbaik yaitu 17,56 gram. Kombinasi antara formula nutrisi AB Mix modifikasi sulfur dengan media tanam menghasilkan rata-rata tertinggi warna daun 3,16 pada bagan warna daun, kadar klorofil 44 µg/mL, kadar air 9%, kadar vitamin C 0,59%, kadar serat kasar 38,39% dan serapan K 671,09 mg/tanaman. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Pakcoy is a type of mustard plant that has a fairly high market opportunity and is growing rapidly in the tropics and subtropics. The hydroponic cultivation of pakcoy is relatively clean, the plants are protected from rainwater, the planting media used is sterile and has higher yields. One system that is widely used is the floating raft hydroponic system. This research aimed to determine the effect of modified sulfur AB Mix nutritional formulas and growing media on yield quality and K uptake of pakcoy plants on floating raft hydroponic system and to determine the best treatment of sulfur modified AB Mix nutritional formulas and growing media on yield quality and K uptake of pakcoy plants on floating rafts hydroponic system. The research was carried out in the screenhouse and the Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The research was conducted from December 2020 to February 2021. The research design used was a completely Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two factors and three replications. The first factor is the nutritional formula modified AB Mix sulfur consisting of five levels, namely 4.24% S, 4.74% S, 5.24% S, 5.74% S, and 6.24% S. The second factor is the growing media consisting of two kinds, namely husk charcoal and husk charcoal + zeolite. The variables observed were leaf color, chlorophyll content, fresh root weight, moisture content, crude fiber content, vitamin C content and K uptake. The data obtained were analyzed using the F test, if there was diversity, then continued with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% error level. The results showed that: 1) The nutritional formula AB Mix of sulfur modified with 5.74% S gave the best effect on the leaf color of the pakcoy plants with an average value of 3.15 on the leaf color chart scale. 2) The growing media of husk charcoal + zeolite (50%: 50%) gave the best effect on the fresh root weight of pakcoy plants with an average weight of 12,33 grams. 3) Nutritional formula 4,24% S and growing media of husk charcoal + zeolite (50%: 50%) produced the best average weight of fresh roots of 17.56 grams. The combination of the sulfur modified AB Mix nutritional formula with growing media resulted in the highest average leaf color of 3.16 on the leaf color chart, chlorophyll content 44 g/mL, moisture content 9%, vitamin C content 0.59%, crude fiber content 38 .39% and K absorption 671.09 mg/plant. |
