| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Karsinoma hepatoselular merupakan 10-20% dari seluruh penyakit hepar di Indonesia. Pemeriksaan penunjang profil HbsAg dan pemeriksaan laboratorium kadar AFP merupakan pemeriksaan penunjang untuk diagnosis Karsinoma Hepatoseluler. Profil HbsAg yang menunjukan hasil reaktif, bermakna terjadinya infeksi virus hepatitis B yang merupakan faktor resiko terjadinya Karsinoma Hepatoseluler. Usaha untuk mendeteksi timbulnya karsinoma hepatoselular fase dini diperlukan terutama pada penderita dengan risiko tinggi, seperti hepatitis kronik dan sirosis hati dengan melakukan pemeriksaan penunjang (USG, CT Scan) dan pemeriksaan laboratorium (AFP, PIVKA II) secara berkala. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kadar AFP dengan profil HbsAg pada pasien Karsinoma Hepatoseluler di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Metode: Metode penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pada bulan Januari-Desember tahun 2020. Metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Pengambilan data secara retrospektif terhadap data sekunder berupa catatan rekam medik sampel penelitian. Subyek penelitian adalah pasien Karsinoma Hepatoseluler di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil: Rata-rata penderita Karsinoma Hepatoseluler adalah laki-laki sebanyak 22 orang dengan persentase 73,33%, sementara penderita perempuan sebanyak 8 orang dari dengan persentase 26,67%. Rerata usia subjek penelitian ini adalah 49,5 tahun. subjek penelitian yang memiliki hasil reaktif pada pemeriksaan HbsAg adalah 21 orang dengan persentase 70%. Rerata kadar AFP subjek penelitian ialah 17379,37 dengan standar deviasi 25968,78. Hasil Uji Fisher hubungan antara AFP dengan profil HbsAg pada pasien Karsinoma Hepatoseluler memiliki angka signifikansi 0,032 (p<0,05). Angka siginifikansi tersebut mempunyai arti terdapat hubungan antara kadar AFP dengan profil HbsAg pada pasien Karsinoma Hepatoseluler di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Kesimpulan: Kadar Alpha fetoprotein (AFP) berhubungan dengan profil HbsAg pada pasien Karsinoma Hepatoseluler di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma is 10-20% of all liver diseases in Indonesia. Examination of the HBsAg profile and laboratory examination of AFP levels are supporting examinations for the diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma. HBsAg profile that shows reactive results, significantly the occurrence of hepatitis B virus infection which is a risk factor for Hepatocellular CarcinomaEfforts to detect the emergence of hepatocellular carcinoma in the early phase are needed, especially in patients with high risk, such as chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver by performing regular investigations (USG, CT Scan) and laboratory examinations (AFP, PIVKA II). Aim: To determine the correlation between AFP levels and HbsAg profile in Hepatocellular Carcinoma patients at Regional Public Hospital of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo.. Methods: The research method was analytic observational with cross sectional approach. This research uses samples from January-December in 2020. The sampling method of this research is Total sampling. Retrospective data retrieval of secondary data in the form of medical records of the research sample. The research subjects were Hepatocellular Carcinoma patients at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo, totaling 30 people. Result: The mean of people with hepatocarcinoma was 22 men with a percentage of 73.33%, while 8 people were female with a percentage of 26.67%. The mean age of the subjects of this study was 49.5 years. Subjects who had reactive results on HBsAg examination were 21 people with a percentage of 70%. The mean AFP level of the subjects was 17379.37 with a standard deviation of 25968.78. Results of the Fisher test for the correlation between AFP and HbsAg profile in hepatocellular carcinoma patients had a significance value of 0.032 (p <0.05). This significant figure means that there is a correlation between AFP levels and HBsAg profile in Hepatocellular Carcinoma patients at Regional Public Hospital Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Conclusions: Alpha fetoprotein (AFP) levels are correlation with HBsAg profile in Hepatocellular Carcinoma patients at Regional Public Hospital Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. |
