| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pada makalah ini dibahas mengenai model SEIV (Susceptible-Exposed-Infected-Vaccinated) untuk penyebaran penyakit. Perilaku model dilihat dari angka reproduksi dasar dan kestabilan di sekitar titik kesetimbangan. Angka reproduksi dasar dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui kemungkinan apakah penyebaran penyakit menjadi endemik atau bebas penyakit. Dengan menggunakan metode next-generation matrix, kondisi bebas penyakit terjadi untuk angka reproduksi dasar yang kurang dari satu. Selanjutnya, dengan kriteria Routh-Hurwitz, titik kesetimbangan bebas penyakit bersifat stabil asimtotis. Ini berarti untuk jangka waktu yang lama, populasi akan menuju ke titik kesetimbangan bebas penyakit. Aplikasi model pada penyebaran penyakit hepatitis B di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, menunjukkan bahwa titik kesetimbangan bebas penyakit adalah (10.008.980,73;0;0;73.864,77). |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This paper discusses about SEIV (Susceptible-Exposed-Infected-Vaccinated), model of the desease spread. The behavior of the model can be determined from basic reproduction number as well as the stabilitation of the model around the equilibrium point. Basic reproduction number show us a possibility whether a disease will be spread becoming an endemic or it will be in a disease free condition. By using the next-generation matrix method, the disease free condition occurs when the basic reproduction number is less then one. Futher, by using Routh-Hurwitz criteria, it is found that the disease free equilibrium point is asymptotically stable. This mean that for a long time, the population leads to the disease free equilibrium point. The application of thr model to the spreading of hepatitis B in Central Java shows that the disease free equilibrium point is (10.008.980,73;0;0;73.864,77). |
