| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh bahan baku, mesin, dan tenaga kerja terhadap produksi konveksi di Desa Tembok Kidul serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produksi konveksi di Desa Tembok Kidul. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 77 responden dengan populasi seluruh pemilik konveksi di Desa Tembok Kidul. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuesioner sedangkan untuk teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan baku dan mesin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi konveksi sedangkan tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi konveksi. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produksi konveksi pada penelitian ini adalah variabel bahan baku. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan produksi konveksi di Desa Tembok Kidul diperlukan faktor produksi seperti bahan baku dan mesin yang memadai. Pemilik konveksi dapat lebih memerhatikan pengadaan bahan baku dan mesin agar dapat meningkatkan produksi serta pemerintah daerah diharapkan ikut mendampingi serta menyediakan pasar khusus untuk penyedia bahan baku konveksi agar konveksi di Desa Tembok Kidul semakin berkembang. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of raw materials, machinery, and labor on convection production in Tembok Kidul Village and to find out the variabel that has the most effect on convection production in Tembok Kidul Village. Respondents in this study are 77 respondents with a population of all convection owners in The Village of Tembok Kidul. Research data collection techniques use interview and questionnaire methods while for analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis (OLS) techniques. The results showed that raw materials and machinery have a positive and significant effect on the production of convection while labor has no effect on the production of convection. The variable that most influenced the production of convection in this study is the variable of raw materials. The implication of this research is to increase the production of convection in Tembok Kidul Village needed production factors such as raw materials and adequate machinery. Convection owners can pay more attention to the procurement of raw materials and machinery in order to increase production and the local government is expected to accompany and provide a special market for providers of convection raw materials so that convection in Tembok Kidul Village is growing. |
