| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan suplementasi mineral organik (Se, Cr dan Zn) pada pakan kambing perah terhadap produksi lemak susu dan produksi total solid susu. Materi yang digunakan untuk penelitian yaitu terdiri atas 4 ekor kambing Saanen Peranakan Ettawa (SAPERA). Pakan yang diberikan berupa 70% hijauan dan 30% konsentrat, Cr 1,5 ppm, Se 0,3 ppm, Zn-Lysinate 40 ppm, 250 ppm bawang putih, preparat komersial (Rumensin 30 mg/kg BK), dan air minum. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Bujur Sangkar Latin (RBSL) dengan 4 kali perlakuan dan 4 kali pengulangan. Pakan yang diuji cobakan yaitu R0 : Pakan basal (70% silase tebon jagung + 30% ampas tahu); R1 : R0 + preparat komersial (Rumensin 30 mg/kg BK); R2 : R0 + 250 ppm bawang putih (1,7% allicin); R3 : R0 + mineral organik (1,5 ppm Cr + 0,3 ppm Se + 40 ppm Zn-lysinate). Hasil analisis variansi menunjukan bahwa suplementasi bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan mineral organik (Cr, Se dan Zn-Lysinate) pada pakan kambing perah berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap produksi lemak susu kambing (P>0,05) dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi total solid susu kambing perah (P<0,05). Rataan produksi lemak susu menunjukkan perlakuan R2 merupakan produksi lemak susu tertinggi yaitu 40,56 ± 8,06 gr/ekor/hari dan perlakuan R0 menunjukkan produksi lemak susu terendah yaitu 29,83 ± 6,74 gr/ekor/hari. Rataan produksi total solid susu menunjukkan perlakuan R2 merupakan produksi total solid susu tertinggi yaitu 137,87 ± 24,12 gr/ekor/hari dan perlakuan R0 menunjukkan produksi total solid susu terendah yaitu 103,56 ± 23,48 gr/ekor/hari. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to study the effect of garlic (Allium sativum) and organic minerals supplementation (Se, Cr and Zn) in feed on milk fat production and total milk solid production. The research material used for the study consisted of 4 Saanen Peranakan Ettawa (SAPERA) goats. The feed provided were 70% forage and 30% concentrate, 1.5 ppm Cr, 0.3 ppm Se, 40 ppm Zn-Lysinate, 250 ppm garlic, commercial supplements (Rumensin 30 mg/kg DM), and drinking water. The research method is experimental using the Latin Square Design with 4 treatments and 4 repetitions. The experimental feed were R0 : Basal feed (70% sugarcane silage + 30% Tofu dregs); R1 : R0 + commercial supplements (Rumensin 30 mg/kg DM); R2 : R0 + 250 ppm garlic (1.7% allicin); R3 : R0 + organic minerals (1.5 ppm Cr + 0.3 ppm Se + 40 ppm Zn-lysinate). The results of the analysis of variance showed that supplementation of garlic (Allium sativum) and organic minerals (Cr, Se and Zn-Lysinate) in dairy goat feed had no significant effect on goat milk fat production (P>0.05) and significantly affected total solid production goat's milk (P<0.05). The average milk fat production showed that the R2 treatment was the highest milk fat production at 40.56 ± 8.06 g/head/day and the R0 treatment showed the lowest milk fat production at 29.83 ± 6.74 g/head/day. The average production of total milk solids showed that treatment R2 was the highest total milk solid production at 137.87 ± 24.12 g/head/day and treatment R0 showed the lowest total milk solid production at 103.56 ± 23.48 g/head/day. |
