| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei pada siswa kelas XI SMK Ma’arif 6 Ayah Kebumen. Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Pengaruh Prestasi Belajar, Penguasaan Teknologi Informasi dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Di Era Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus: Siswa SMK Ma’arif 6 Ayah Kebumen)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa di era pandemi covid-19; (2) Pengaruh penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa di era pandemi covid-19; (3) Pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa di era pandemi covid-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMK Ma’arif 6 Ayah Kebumen yang berjumlah 294 siswa. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 responden yang diambil secara random. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji F, Uji t, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 25 menunjukan bahwa: (1) Prestasi belajar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja di era pandemi covid-19 (studi kasus: siswa SMK Ma’arif 6 Ayah Kebumen); (2) Penguasaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja di era pandemi covid-19 (studi kasus: siswa SMK Ma’arif 6 Ayah Kebumen); (3) Efikasi diri berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja di era pandemi covid-19 (studi kasus: siswa SMK Ma’arif 6 Ayah Kebumen). |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is a quantitative research with a survei method in class XI students of SMK Ma'arif 6 Ayah Kebumen. This research takes the title "The Effect of Learning Achievement, Mastery of Information Technology and Self-Efficacy on Work Readiness in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era (Case Study: Students of SMK Ma'arif 6 Ayah Kebumen)". This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of learning achievement on students' job readiness in the Covid-19 pandemic era; (2) The effect of mastery of technology on student work readiness in the Covid-19 pandemic era; (3) The effect of self-efficacy on student work readiness in the Covid-19 pandemic era. The population in this study were all students of class XI at SMK Ma'arif 6 Ayah Kebumen who met 294 students. The number of respondents in this study were 170 respondents who were taken randomly. The methods used in this study include multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. Based on research and data analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program, it shows that: (1) learning achievement has a significant effect on work readiness in the era of the covid-19 pandemic (case study: students of SMK Ma'arif 6 Ayah Kebumen); (2) Mastery of information technology has a significant effect on work readiness in the era of the covid-19 pandemic (case study: students of SMK Ma'arif 6 Ayah Kebumen); (3) Self-efficacy has a significant effect on work readiness in the era of the covid-19 pandemic (case study: SMK Ma'arif 6 Ayah Kebumen students). |
