| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) mengetahui komposisi media tanam yang terbaik secara hidroponik sistem sumbu pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan (Brassica oleraceae), 2) mengetahui pengaruh subtitusi POC pada larutan nutrisi AB mix yang terbaik secara hidroponik sistem sumbu pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan (Brassica oleraceae), 3) Mengetahui kombinasi yang tepat antara komposisi media tanam dan subtitusi POC pada larutan nutrisi AB mix untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan (Brassica oleraceae). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2020 sampai bulan Desember 2020 di screen house Karanggintung, Kec. Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Perlakuan terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu faktor media tanam meliputi arang sekam 100% (M1), cocopeat 100% (M2) dan arang sekam 50% : cocopeat 50% (M3) dan faktor konsentrasi nutrisi meliputi POC 0% + AB mix 100% (N1), POC 25% + AB mix 75% (N2), POC 50% + AB mix 50% (N3) dan POC 75% + AB mix 25% (N4). Percobaan dirancang dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 3 kali pengulangan. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm2), panjang akar (cm), diameter batang (mm), bobot tajuk segar (g), bobot tajuk segar (g) dan hasil tanaman (t/ha). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan media tanam cocopeat 100 % (M2) memberikan pengaruh yang terbaik pada tinggi tanaman sebesar 38,19 cm, diameter batang sebesar 1,42 cm2, bobot tajuk segar sebesar 83,17 g, bobot kering tajuk 6,52 g, hasil tanaman 21,8 t/ha dan penggunaan media tanam campuran arang sekam dan cocopeat dengan perbandingan 50% : 50 % (M3) memberikan hasil terbaik pada jumlah daun 12,97 helai. Konsentrasi nutrisi AB mix 100% (N1) memberikan pengaruh yang terbaik pada jumlah daun 13,04 helai, panjang akar 30,84 cm, luas daun 2339,30 cm2, diameter batang 1,48 cm2, bobot segar tajuk sebesar 93,07 g, bobot kering tajuk 7,46 g, hasil tanaman 23,7 t/ha dan penggunaan konsentrasi nutrisi POC 25% + AB mix 75% (N2) memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada tinggi tanaman 38,24 cm. Interaksi antara penggunaan media tanam dan konsentrasi nutrisi tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata pada semua variabel pengamatan. |

Inggris) | The research aims to (1) determine the composition of the best hydroponic wick planting media on the growth and yield of kailan (Brassica oleraceae L), (2) determine the effect of adding POC to the best AB mix nutrient solution by hydroponic wick on the growth and yield of kailan plants. (Brassica oleraceae L), (3) knowing the right combination between the composition of the planting medium and the addition of POC to the AB mix nutrient solution for the growth and yield of kailan (Brassica oleraceae L). This research was conducted in October 2020 to December 2020 at Karanggintung screen house, Sumbang, Banyumas, Central Java and the Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The treatment consisted of two factors, namely planting media factors (100% husk charcoal, 100% cocopeat and 50% husk charcoal, 50% cocopeat) and nutrient concentration factors (POC 0% + AB mix 100%, POC 25% + AB mix 75% , POC 50% + AB mix 50% and POC 75% + AB mix 25%). The experiment was designed using a complete randomized block design (CRBD), each treatment combination consist of 3 replication. The observed variables were plant high (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm2), longest root length (cm), rod diameter (cm), fresh crown weight (g),dry crown weight (g) and crop yields (t/ha). The results showed the use of the planting medium cocopeat 100% (M2) gave the best effect on plant high of 38,19 cm, rod diameter of 1.42 cm2, fresh crown weight of 83,17g, dry crown weight of 6.52 g, crop yields of 21,8 t/ha and the use of the mixed of planting medium charcoal husk : cocopeat in a ratio of 50% : 50 % (M3) gave the best effect on number of leaves of 12,97 strands. Concentration of nutrients ab mix 100% (N1) gave the best effect on number of leaves of 13,04 strands , longest root length of 30,84 cm, leaf area of 2339,30 cm2, rod diameter 1,48 cm, fresh crown weight 93,07 g, dry crown weight 7,46 g, crop yields of 23,7 t/ha and the use of the concentration of nutrients POC 25%, AB mix 75% (N2) gave the best effect on plant high of 38,24 cm. There is no interaction between the the use of the planting medium and the concentration of nutrients to increase the growth and yield of kailan plants. |
