| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh SDM, akses permodalan, penyusunan dan penyajian laporan keuangan dan penggunaan sistem E-Commerce terhadap kinerja UMKM kuliner di Kabupaten Karawang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM kuliner di Kabupaten Karawang yang terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM dan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan serta menerapkan sistem E-Commerce dalam proses bisnisnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purpose sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 148 responden. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan untuk sumber data dalam penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, (2) akses permodalan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, (3) penyusunan dan penyajian laporan keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, (4) penggunaan sistem E-Commerce berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Implikasi dari kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas SDM yang baik, kemudahan akses permodalan, penerapan penyusunan dan penyajian laporan keuangan serta penggunaan sistem E-Commerce akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM kuliner di Kabupaten Karawang. Semakin baik nya SDM, akses modal, penyusunan dan penyajian laporan keuangan serta penggunaan sistem E-Commerce yang dimiliki UMKM akan meningkatkan kinerja UMKM, sehingga proses bisnis dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Inggris) | This research aims to determine the effect of human resources, acces to capital, preparation and presentation of financial reeports and the use of the E-Commerce sistem on the performance of culinary UMKM (MSMEs) in Karawang district. The population in this study are culinary UMKM in Karawang district which are resistered with the cooperative and UMKM offices as well as the industry and trade services and implement an E-Commerce system in their business process. This study uses the Theory of planned behaviour (TPB). The type of research with the quantitative research with the sampling technique using purpose sampling with certain criteria. The number of sample used in the study were 148 respondents. Primary and secondary data are used as data sources in this study. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaries online via google form. The data analysis statistical analysis data test, classical assumption, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. The result show: (1) human resources has a significant positive effect on UMKM performance, (2) acces to capital has a significant positive effect on UMKM performance, (3) Data preparation and presentation of financial statements have a significant positive effecton UMKM performance, (4) use of the E-Commerce system has a significant positive effect on UMKM performance. The implications of the conclusions in this study are the quality of good human resources, eassy acces to capital, the application of the preparation and presentation of financial reports and the useof the E-Commerce system will effect the performance of culinary UMKM in Karawang district. The better human resources, acces to capital, preparation and presentation of financial reports and the use of E-Commerce system owned by UMKM will improve the performance of UMKM.
