| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sintesis selulosa asetat berbahan dasar serat ampas tebu (Bagasse) telah dilakukan melalui proses asetilasi. Selulosa asetat digunakan sebagai bahan pembuatan membran dengan metode inversi fasa. Penambahan aditif formamida pada pembuatan membran bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja membran. Membran ini digunakan untk pengolahan limbah cair tahu dengan parameter BOD dan COD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan formamida meningkatkan nilai fluks sebesar 30,512 L/m2.jam dan rejeksi sebesar 63,14%. Aplikasi membran pada pengolahan limbah cair tahu berhasil menurunkan BOD sebesar 80,54% dan COD sebesar 76,6% |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Cellulose acetate has been synthesized from bagasse fiber by the acetylation process in this study. Cellulose acetate is used as a material for the preparation of membranes using the phase inversion method. The objective of the formamide addition on the preparation of the membrane is to improve the performance of the membrane. The membrane is used for tofu liquid waste treatment with BOD and COD parameters. The results showed that the addition of formamide increased the flux by 30.512 L/m2.hour and rejection by 63.14%. Application of the membrane on the tofu wastewater treatment has successfully reduced the BOD by 80.54% and COD by 76.6%. |
