Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis kompos yang diperkaya Azolla microphylla pada defoliasi ke empat terhadap kadar protein kasar dan kadar lemak kasar rumput raja (Pennisetum purpureophoides). Materi Penelitian yang digunakan adalah rumput raja yang ditanam dengan jarak tanam 80 cm x 40 cm sebanyak 27 petak, dan luas petak 3 m², jarak antar petak perlakuan 1 meter. Metode penelitian adalah experimental pola faktorial dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Faktor pertama level pupuk kompos (K) yakni 10, 20, 30 ton/ha/defoliasi dan faktor kedua level pengkayaan Azolla microphylla yakni (A) 10, 20, 30 % dari dosis pupuk kompos. Setiap kombinasi perlakuan di ulang 3 kali. Peubah yang diukur adalah kadar protein kasar dan kadar lemak kasar. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan tidak ada interaksi antara pengaruh dosis kompos dengan dosis Azolla microphylla, namun dosis Azolla microphylla berpengaruh terhadap kadar protein kasar dan kadar lemak kasar. Hasil uji orthogonal polynomial menunjukkan adanya persamaan garis regresi linier y = 0,0295x+11,234 pada kadar protein kasar dan y = -0,0148x+2,7419 pada kadar lemak kasar. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa pemberian kompos unggul diperkaya Azolla microphylla terhadap kadar protein kasar dan kadar lemak kasar rumput raja menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada interaksi antara pengaruh dosis kompos dengan dosis Azolla microphylla, dosis Azolla microphylla meningkatkan kadar protein kasar namun menurunkan kadar lemak kasar. Dosis kombinasi terbaik yang berpengaruh terhadap kadar protein kasar dan kadar lemak kasar adalah K3A3 (Pemberian pupuk kompos 9 kg/petak + pengkayaan Azolla microphylla 30%.

Inggris)This research aimed to determine the effect of Azolla microphylla-enriched compost dosage on the fourth defoliation on crude protein levels and crude fat content of king grass plants (Pennisetum purpureophoides). The research material used was king grass planted with a spacing of 80 cm x 40 cm as much as 27 plots, and a plot area of 3 m², the distance between the treatment plots was 1 meter. The material undergoes a third defoliation. The research method was factorial experimental with a completely randomized design (CRD). The first factor was the level of compost (K), namely 10, 20, 30 tonnes / ha / defoliation and the second factor was the enrichment level of Azolla microphylla, namely (A) 10, 20, 30% of the compost dose. The variables measured were crude protein levels and crude fat content. The results of the analysis of variance showed that there was no interaction between the effect of compost dose and Azolla microphylla dose, but the Azolla microphylla dose had an effect on crude protein content and crude fat content. The results of the orthogonal polynomial test showed a linear regression line equation y = 0.0295x + 11.234 at crude protein content and y = -0.0148x + 2.7419 at crude fat content. The conclusion was that giving superior compost enriched with Azolla microphylla on crude protein content and crude fat content of king grass showed that there was no interaction between the effect of compost dose and Azolla microphylla dose, Azolla microphylla dose increases crude protein content but decreases crude fat content. The best combination dose that affects crude protein content and crude fat content is K3A3 (application of compost 9 kg / plot + 30% Azolla microphylla enrichment.
