| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pemerintah menerapkan good governance dalam rangka memberantas korupsi dan nepotisme. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Satlantas Kepolisian Resor Polres Tegal Kota. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap kepuasan masyarakat atas kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Satlantas Kepolisian Resor Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. ulasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pengguna layanan Satlantas Kepolisian Resor Tegal Kota yang berjumlah 249.905, kemudian sampel yang digunakan adalah 399 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi Kendall’s Tau-c, koefisien Konkordansi Kendall W dan regresi ordinal. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif signifikan antara bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan nilai chi-square hitung lebih besar dari chi square tabel dan signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 0,05. Serta terdapat pengaruh yang positif signifikan antara bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tangkap, jaminan dan empati secara simultan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat karena nilai chi-square hitung lebih besar daripada chi-square tabel yaitu 380,896 > 11,070 dengan nilai signifikansi menunjukkan 0,000 < 0,05. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The government implements good governance in order to eradicate corruption and nepotism. This research was conducted at the Traffic Police of the Tegal City Police Resort. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on community satisfaction with the quality of services provided by the Tegal Police Traffic Police. This research uses quantitative methods. The samples of this research were 249,905 users of the Tegal City Police Traffic Police service, then the sample used was 399 people. Data analysis in this study used Kendall's Tau-c correlation, Kendall W concordance coefficient and ordinal regression. The results of the study found that partially there was a significant positive effect between physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on community satisfaction. It is shown that the calculated chi-square value is greater than the chi-square table and the significance is less than 0.05. And there is a significant positive influence between physical evidence, reliability, comprehension, assurance and empathy simultaneously on community satisfaction 77 because the calculated chi-square value is greater than the chi-square table, namely 380.896> 11.070 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. |
