| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Agroindustri ialah kegiatan yang menggunakan hasil pertanian menjadi bahan baku yang menciptakan nilai tambah serta bisa dikonsumi oleh masyarakat. Produk pertanian mempunyai sifat tidak tahan lama maka peran agroindustri sangat dibutuhkan. Produk pertanian yang terlebih dahulu diolah atau tidak langsung dijual dapat meningkatkan keuntungan. Pengolahan ini bisa menciptakan nilai tambah pada sebuah produk. Nilai tambah merupakan proses pengolahan bahan yang menyebabkan adanya pertambahan nilai produksi. Salah satu komoditas yang sering kali digunakan menjadi bahan baku agroindustri ialah ubi kayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai tambah sebelum dan selama pandemi serta keuntungan sebelum dan selama pandemi pada agroindustri keripik beledag di Desa Wanasigra Kecamatan Sindangkasih Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus karena seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Hayami, analisis keuntungan dan uji beda rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) nilai tambah dari produksi keripik beledag sebelum pandemi adalah sebesar Rp5.289,00 dimana 76% diterima oleh pengusaha dan 24% diterima oleh tenaga kerja langsung. Sedangkan nilai tambah selama pandemi adalah sebesar Rp4.786,00 dimana 59% diterima pengusaha dan 41% diterima oleh tenaga kerja langsung diluar input lain, 2) terdapat penurunan keuntungan pada agroindustri keripik beledag di Desa Wanasigra Kecamatan Sindangkasih Kabupaten Ciamis setelah adanya pandemi, rata-rata keuntungan agroindustri keripik beledag di Desa Wanasigra Kecamatan Sindangkasih Kabupaten Ciamis sebelum pandemi adalah sebesar Rp69.276.059,33 perbulan sedangkan rata-rata keuntungan agroindustri keripik beledag selama pandemi adalah sebesar Rp29.256.393,00 perbulan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) sebaiknya pengusaha agroindustri di Desa Wanasigra Kecamatan Sindangkasih Kabupaten Ciamis terus berinovasi menciptakan rasa yang baru dan kemasan yang lebih menarik karena agroindustri keripik beledag memberikan keuntungan yang besar bagi pengusaha, 2) peran pemerintah daerah sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung perkembangan agroindustri ini, karena mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Agro-industry is an activity that uses agricultural products into raw materials that create added value and can be consumed by the community. Agricultural products have non-perishable properties so the role of agro-industry is needed. Agricultural products that are first processed or indirectly sold can increase profits. This processing can create added value to a product. Added value is the process of processing materials that cause the increase in production value. One of the commodities that is often used as a raw material for agro-industry is cassava. This study aims to analyze the added value before and during the pandemic as well as the advantages before and during the pandemic on the agro-industry of beledag chips in Wanasigra Village, Sindangkasih District, Ciamis Regency. This study uses census because the entire population is used as a sample. The analysis tools are Hayami method, profit analysis and average different test. The results of this study show that 1) the added value from the production of beledag chips before the pandemic is Rp5,289.00 where 76% was received by employers and 24% received by workers. While the added value during the pandemic is Rp4,786.00 where 59% is received by employers and 41% is received by workers, and 2) there is a decrease in profits in the agro-industry of beledag chips in Wanasigra Village, Sindangkasih District, Ciamis Regency after the pandemic, the average monthly profit of agroindustry beledag chips in the village of Wanasigra District Sindangkasih Ciamis regency before pandemic is Rp69,276,059.33 while the average monthly profit of agroindustry beledag chips during the pandemic is Rp29,256,393.00. The implications of this study are 1) should agro-industrial entrepreneurs in Wanasigra Village, Sindangkasih District Ciamis continue to innovate to create new flavors and more attractive packaging because agro-industry chips beledag provide a great advantage for entrepreneurs, 2) the role of local government is needed to support the development of this agro-industry, because it is able to increase the income of the community.
