Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengkaji pemberian kultur mikroba daun bamboo (Effective Microorganism Bamboo/EMB) terhadap kadar air dan nilai C/N dari hasil pengomposan kotoran sapi menjadi pupuk organik dan mengkaji taraf terbaik EMB terhadap kadar air dan nilai C/N rasio selama pengomposan. Materi yang digunakan untuk membuat kultur EMB yaitu daun bambu 10 g, lumut 10 g, air kelapa 400 ml, molasses 10 g, tepung beras 10 g, tepung kedelai 10 g, air 600 ml. Sedangkan bahan untuk membuat pupuk kompos yaitu feses sapi potong segar atau basah 100%, serbuk gergaji kayu albasia 10%, molasses, kapur dolomit 2 %, aktivator 1 % dan 2 %, abu 10 %. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Repeated Measure Anova (RMA) dan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan yaitu R0 (tanpa mikroba EMB), R1 (Mikroba EMB 250 ml), R2 (Mikroba 500 ml) dan 6 ulangan. Hasil analisis RMA menunjukkan bahwa taraf kultur EMB tidak mempengaruhi kadar air (P>0,05) namun lama waktu fermentasi mempengaruhi kadar air. Analisis variansi menunjukkan penambahan kultur EMB tidak berpengaruh nyata (P<0,050) terhadap nilai C/N pupuk kompos. Pemberian kultur EMB dalam pembuatan pupuk organik berbahan kotoran sapi selama 6 minggu belum mampu menurunkan kadar air kompos, namun nilai rasio C/N kompos telah memenuhi standar Permentan Nomor 70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011.

The objective of this research is to examine the provision of EMB to moisture content and the C / N value of the composting process of cow dung into organic fertilizer and assesses the best level of EMB to moisture content and the value of C / N ratio during the composting process of cow dung into organic fertilizer The materials used to make EMB culture are 10 g of bamboo leaves, 10 g of moss, 400 ml of coconut water, 10 g of molasses , 10 g rice flour, 10 g soy flour, 600 ml water while the ingredients for making compost are 100% fresh or wet beef feces, 10% albasia sawdust, molasses, 2% dolomite lime, 1% and 2% activator. , ash 10%. The methods used were Repeated Measure Anova (RMA) and Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments, namely RO (without EMB microbes), R1 (EMB microbes 250 ml), R2 (500 ml microbes) and 6 replications. The results of the RMA calculation analysis showed that the EMB culture level did not affect the air content (P> 0.05) but was based on the fermentation time of the air content. Analysis of variance showed that the addition of EMB culture had no significant effect (P <0.050) on the C / N value of compost. Giving EMB culture in the manufacture of organic fertilizer made from cow dung has not been able to reduce the air content for 6 weeks, but in terms of the value of the C / N ratio, it has met the standard of Permentan Nomor 70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011.
