| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Stres kerja merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan terbesar dari berbagai negara dan jenis pekerjaan. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti pada 12 orang pekerja bagian produksi di PT Soka Indah Kabupaten Banyumas, diketahui bahwa 3 orang pekerja (25%) dalam kategori tidak stres dan 9 orang pekerja (75%) dalam kategori stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor individu dengan stres kerja di PT. Soka Indah Kabupaten Banyumas. Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 pekerja produksi dengan sampel berjumlah 73 pekerja produksi di PT. Soka Indah Kabupaten Banyumas. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square dan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil Penelitian: Terdapat hubungan antara tipe kepribadian & penilaian diri dengan stres kerja dengan nilai p value masing-masing 0,000 & 0,008. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa tipe kepribadian (p value 0,003 ; OR=5,524) merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja pada pekerja sohun bagian produksi di PT. Soka Indah Kabupaten Banyumas. Kesimpulan: Faktor individu yang paling berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja adalah tipe kepribadian A. Saran: Pekerja disarankan untuk memanfaatkan waktu istirahat sebaik mungkin dan mengisinya dengan hal-hal positif dan menyenangkan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Job stress is one of the biggest health problems for many countries and types of work. Based on the preliminary study on 12 production workers at PT Soka Indah, Banyumas Regency, it is known that 3 workers (25%) are in the no stress category and 9 workers (75%) are in the stress category. This study aims to determine the effect of individual factors on work stress at PT. Soka Indah, Banyumas Regency. Methodology: This research is an analytical study with a quantitative approach and using a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were 200 production workers with a sample of 73 production workers at PT. Soka Indah Banyumas Regency. The analysis of this study used the chi square test and multiple logistic regression test. Results: There is a relationship between personality type and self-assessment with work stress with each p value is 0.000 & 0.008. The results of multivariate analysis showed that type A personality (p value 0.003 ; OR = 5,524) was the most affecting factor on work stress on sohun production workers at PT. Soka Indah Banyumas Regency. Conclusion: The factor that most affecting work stress is personality type A. Reccomendation: Workers are advised to make the most of the rest time and fill it with positive and fun things. |
