| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan menguji pengaruh konsep diri, percaya diri, dan teman sebaya terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 145 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan teknik tersebut, ditetapkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 106 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, percaya diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, konsep diri, percaya diri, dan teman sebaya secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research carried out a quantitative descriptive study with the aim of getting to know, analyze, and test the effects of self concept, confidence and peers on Jenderal Soedirman University's interpersonal communications skills. The population in this study is 145 students. The sampling technique in this study using proportionate stratified random sampling. Based on the technique, samples were set in this study as many as 106 students. The results of the study suggest that self concept has a positive and significant impact on the interpersonal communication ability students in Economic Education of Jenderal Soedirman University, confidence affects positive and significant impact on the interpersonal communication ability students in Economic Education of Jenderal Soedirman University, peer has a positive and significant impact on the interpersonal communication ability students in Economic Education of Jenderal Soedirman University, self concept, confidence, and peers together has positive and significant impact on the interpersonal communication ability students in Economic Education of Jenderal Soedirman University. |
