| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung kinerja ekonomi, menganalisis kinerja produksi dan mengetahui perbedaan kinerja ekonomi dan kinerja produksi usaha peternakan ayam broiler menggunakan tipe kandang open house dengan skala usaha yang berbeda di Kabupaten Kebumen. Kinerja produksi meliputi Daya Hidup, Feed Convertion Rasio dan Indeks Performance. Kinerja ekonomi meliputi Keuntungan, Break Even Point, Revenue Cost Rasio dan Rentabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus untuk pengambilan sampel. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif crosstab atau tabulasi silang dan analisis statistik uji t independent. Rata-rata hasil penelitian kinerja produksi skala usaha 1 yaitu daya hidup yang rendah sebesar 90,36%, FCR yang melebihi standar perusahaan sebesar 1,83 dan nilai IP yang kurang baik sebesar 298,72. Rata-rata hasil penelitian kinerja produksi skala usaha 2 yaitu daya hidup yang rendah sebesar 92,03%, FCR yang melebihi standar perusahaan sebesar 1,80 dan nilai IP yang kurang baik sebesar 299,27. Rata-rata hasil penelitian kinerja ekonomi skala usaha 1 yaitu keuntungan/periode -Rp 3.047.616, BEP Produk 7.452 Kg, BEP Harga Rp 18.636, R/C Rasio 0,97 dan rentabilitas -0,30%. Rata-rata hasil penelitian kinerja ekonomi skala usaha 2 yaitu keuntungan/periode -Rp 3.508.511, BEP Produk 10.935 Kg, BEP Harga Rp 18.448, R/C Rasio 0,98 dan rentabilitas -0,22%. Skala usaha 1 dan 2 tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata baik dari segi kinerja produksi maupun kinerja ekonomi. Peternak open house skala usaha 1 dan 2 masih bertahan dalam memelihara ayam broiler walaupun hasil kinerja produksi dan ekonomi mengalami kerugian dikarenakan dalam mendapatkan kemitraan lain sangat sulit. Peternak open house skala usaha 1 dan 2 telah memiliki investasi kandang sehingga walaupun rugi dalam kinerja produksi dan ekonomi, peternak masih tetap menjalankan usahanya dengan harapan produksi periode selanjutnya yang dihasilkan membaik. |

Inggris) | This study aims to calculate economic performance, analyze production performance and determine differences in economic performance and production performance of broiler chicken farms using open house cage types with different business scales in the Kebumen Regency. Production performance includes Power Life, Feed Conversion Ratio, and Performance Index. Economic performance includes Profits, Break Even Points, Revenue Cost Ratio, and Rentability. This study uses a census method for sampling. The analysis used is a descriptive analysis of crosstab or cross-tabulation and independent t-test statistical analysis. The average results of the research on the production performance of business scale 1 are low life power of 90.36%, FCR that exceeds the company standard of 1.83, and a poor IP value of 298.72. The average results of the research on the production performance of business scale 2 are low life power of 92.03%, FCR that exceeds the company standard by 1.80, and a poor IP value of 299.27. The average results of the research on the economic performance of business scale 1 are profit/period -Rp 3,047,616, BEP Product 7,452 Kg, BEP Price Rp. 18,636, R / C ratio 0.97 and profitability -0.30%. The average results of the research on the economic performance of business scale 2 are profit/period -Rp 3,508,511, BEP Product 10,935 Kg, BEP Price Rp. 18,448, R / C ratio 0.98 and profitability -0.22%. Business scale 1 and 2 do not show a significant difference in terms of both product performance and economic performance. Open house breeders of business scale 1 and 2 still survive in raising broiler chickens even though the results of production and economic performance suffer losses due to finding other partnerships that are very difficult. Open house breeders with business scales 1 and 2 have a penny investment so that despite the loss in production and economic performance, breeders are still running their business with the hope that the production of the next period will improve. |
