| Judul Artikel | DAMPAK PANDEMI TERHADAP HARGA DAN KETERSEDIAAN BAHAN POKOK DI INDONESIA |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak yang ditimbulkan karena adanya pandemi terhadap harga dan ketersediaan bahan pokok.Variabel yang digunakan adalah harga bahan pokok dan ketersediaan bahan pokok di Indonesia sebelum dan sesudah adanya pandemi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis menggunakan metode uji beda rata-rata didapatkan hasil (1) adanya perbedaan rata-rata harga beras, (2) adanya perbedaan rata-rata harga daging ayam,(3) tidak adanya perbedaan rata-rata harga daging sapi, (4) adanya perbedaan rata-rata harga daging ayam, (5) adanya perbedaan rata-rata harga bawang merah (6) adanya perbedaan rata-rata harga bawang putih,(7) adanya perbedaan rata-rata harga cabai merah,(8) adanya perbedaan rata-rata harga cabai rawit,(9) tidak adanya perbeaan rata-rata harga minyak goreng,(10) adanya perbedaan rata-rata harga gula pasir,(11) tidak adanya perbedaan rata-rata ketersediaan bahan pokok. Implikasi dan kesimpulan penelitian ini hasil penelitian maka implikasi dari penelitian adalah beberapa harga bahan pokok mengalami perubahan adapula harga bahan pokok tidak mengalami perubahan, berbeda dengan ketersediaan bahan pokok rata-rata ketersediaan bahan pokok tidak mengalami perubahan.Melihat hasil penelitian pemerintah bisa melakukan kebijakan mengenai harga-harga bahan pokok di mana pemerintah bisa menerapkan kebijakan harga yaitu penetapan harga tertinggi dan harga terendah untuk melindungi konsumen dan produsen sedangkan untuk ketersediaan pemerintah harus mempunyai stok bahan pokok yang lebih banyak untuk berjaga-jaga apabila suatu hari.menghadapi keadaan tidak terduga,sehingga kebutuhan masyarakat terpenuhi dan harga lebih stabil. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to determine the impact caused by the Covid-19 outbreak on prices of staples and availability of staples. The variables used are prices of basic commodities and availability of staples in Indonesia before and after the Covid-19. Based on the results of research and analysis using the average difference test method, the results were (1) there was a difference in the average price of rice, (2) there was a difference in the average price of chicken meat, (3) there was no difference in the average price of beef, (4) there is a difference in the average price of chicken meat, (5) there is a difference in the average price of shallots (6) there is a difference in the average price of garlic, (7) there is a difference in the average price of red chili, (8) there is a difference in the average price of cayenne pepper, (9) there is no difference in the average price of cooking oil, (10) there is a difference in the average price of sugar, (11) there is no difference in the average availability of basic commodities. Implications and conclusions of this study Based on the results of the study, the implications of this research are that some prices of basic commodities have changed and the prices of basic commodities have not changed, in contrast to the availability of basic commodities, the average availability of basic commodities has not changed. By looking at the results of research, the government can make policies regarding the prices of basic commodities where the government can implement a price policy, namely the setting of the highest and lowest prices to protect consumers and producers, while for the availability of the government, the government must have more stock of staples just in case one day it faces unexpected circumstances, so that community needs are met and prices are more stable |
