| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas perlindungan hukum pasien pada informed consent dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusuma Purwokerto dan pengaruh faktor komunikasi, kerjasama dan fasilitas terhadap efektivitas perlindungan hukum pasien pada informed consent dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto dengan responden sebanyak 50 (lima puluh) orang pasien. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Jenis dan sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket, studi dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik coding, editing, dan tabulasi serta analisis dengan metode distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas perlindungan hukum pasien pada informed consent dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusuma Purwokerto adalah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian menggunakan 4 (empat) indikator meliputi efektifnya pelaksanaan prinsip autonomi dalam informed consent, efektifnya pelaksanaan prinsip beneficentia dalam informed consent, efektifnya pelaksanaan prinsip nonmaleficentia dalam informed consent, efektifnya pelaksanaan prinsip utilitas dalam informed consent. Faktor komunikasi, fasilitas dan kerjasama cenderung berpengaruh secara positif terhadap efektivitas perlindungan hukum pasien pada informed consent dalam pelayanan kesehatan. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effectiveness of patient legal protection on informed consent in health services at Wijayakusuma Hospital, Purwokerto and the influence of communication, cooperation and facilities on the effectiveness of patient legal protection on informed consent in health services at Wijayakusuma Hospital, Purwokerto. This research used quantitative research methods with a sociological juridical approach and descriptive research specifications. This research is located at Wijayakusuma Hospital, Purwokerto, with 50 (fifty) patients as respondents. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling method. Types and sourced of data include primary and secondary data obtained using questionnaires, documentary studies and literature. Data processing using coding, editing, and tabulation techniques and analysis with frequency distribution analysis methods, cross-table analysis, content analysis and comparison analysis. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of legal protection for patients on informed consent in health services at the Wijayakusuma Hospital was effective. This is evidenced by the results of the study using 4 (four) indicators including the effective implementation of the principle of autonomy in informed consent, the effectiveness of the implementation of the principle of beneficentia in informed consent, the effective implementation of the principle of nonmaleficentia in informed consent, the effective implementation of the principle of utility in informed consent. Communication, facilities and cooperation factors tend to have a positive effect on the effectiveness of legal protection for patients on informed consent in health services. |
