| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan BPR konvensional dan BPR syariah di Kabupaten Banyumas yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Peneliti menghipotesis beberapa hipotesis untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja keuangan BPR konvensional dengan BPR syariah yang di proksikan dengan orientasi bisnis, efisiensi, stabilitas keuangan, dan kualitas asset. Hasil penelitian dengan metode statistik uji beda dua rata-rata menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan orientasi bisnis, efisiensi, stabilitas keuangan dan kualitas asset antara BPR konvensional dengan BPR syariah. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparison of the financial performance of conventional rural banks and sharia rural banks in Banyumas Regency which are registered in the Financial Services Authority using purposive sampling technique. Researchers hypothesized several hypotheses to determine the differences in the financial performance of conventional rural banks and Islamic rural banks, which are proxied by business orientation, efficiency, financial stability, and asset quality. The results of the study using the statistical method of two different tests on the average show that there is a difference between business orientation, efficiency, financial stability and asset quality between conventional rural banks and Islamic rural banks. |
