| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Komposisi dan Luas Relung Pakan Alami Ikan Mystus spp. di Waduk PB. Soedirman Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komposisi pakan dalam lambung ikan dan perairan waduk serta luas relung pakan alami dalam lambung ikan Mystus. Prosedurnya, ikan Mystus spp. diukur panjang dan bobot tubuhnya yang kemudian dikelompokkan berdasarkan ukuran (besar ; sedang; kecil). Selanjutnya ikan dibedah dan diambil sampel isi lambung. Sampel isi lambung dan sampel air waduk diamati menggunakan mikroskop untuk mengetahui pakan alami yang dikonsumsi oleh ikan Mystus dan yang tersedia di perairan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 3 jenis ikan Mystus, yaitu Mystus micracanthus; Mystus nigriceps dan Mystus nemurus yang dikelompokkan menjadi 3 kelompok ukuran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa jenis makanan yang dikonsumsi oleh ikan Mystus meliputi Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Chrysophyta, serpihan tumbuhan, Protozoa, Arthropoda, Rotifera, Annelida dan serpihan hewan. Jenis pakan alami yang tersedia di perairan Waduk meliputi Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Chrysophyta, Euglenophyta , Phyrophyta, Arthropoda, Rotifera, dan serpihan hewan. Nilai luas relung ikan Mystus pada peneliatian ini ditemukan pada kelompok besar (4,63) ; kelompok sedang (4,73); dan kelompok kecil (3,8). |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research entitled Composition and Area of Natural Feed Niche for Mystus spp. in the PB Soedirman Reservoir, Banjarnegara Regency. The purpose of this study was to see the composition of the feed in the fish hull and reservoir waters as well as the wide niche of natural feed in the stomach of Mystus fish. The procedure, Mystus spp fish is measured in body length and weight which then grouped accordingly (large; medium; small). Furthermore, the fish is dissected and the stomach contents are sampled. Samples of stomach contents and reservoir water were observed using a microscope to see the natural feed consumed by Mystus fish and those available in the water. From the research results obtained 3 types of Mystus fish, namely Mystus micracanthus; Mystus nigriceps and Mystus nemurus which were grouped into 3 sizes. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the types of feedd consumed by Mystus fish are Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Chrysophyta, plant flakes, Protozoa, Crustacea, Rotifera, Annelida and animal flakes. The types of natural feed available in the reservoir waters are Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Chrysophyta, Euglenophyta, Phyrophyta, Arthropoda, Rotifera, and animal flakes. The value of the Mystus fish niche in this study was found in large groups (4.63); medium group (4.73); and small groups (3,8). |
