| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Gempa bumi merupakan bencana alam yang tidak dapat dihindari atau dikendalikan, tetapi dapat mengurangi dampak dari bencana gempa bumi tersebut. Sebagai salah satu bentuk dari mengurangi dampak dari bencana gempa bumi yaitu mengurangi kerentanan gedung terhadap gempa, seperti pada Gedung Dekanat Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Gedung ini merupakan fasilitas umum yang digunakan oleh banyak orang dan terletak pada kategori gempa moderately high, sehingga perlu dievaluasi komponen gedung tersebut terhadap bahaya gempa. Maka dari itu, dilakukan evaluasi kerentanan bangunan gedung terhadap gempa menggunakan metode Screening Phase (Tier 1) yang mengacu pada FEMA 310. Metode Tier 1 ini mengevaluasi gedung secara cepat melalui quick check dan checklist pada bagian stuktur dan non struktur gedung serta pondasi. Adapun hasil evaluasi dinyatakan dengan Compliant (C), Non Compliant (NC), dan Not Applicable (NA). Untuk hasil evaluasi menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat pernyataan Non Compliant pada kategori struktur dan non struktur Gedung Dekanat Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa gedung tersebut tidak rentan terhadap gempa. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Earthquakes are natural disasters that cannot be avoided or controlled, but can reduce the impact of these earthquakes. As one form of reducing the impact of an earthquake, which is reducing the vulnerability of buildings to earthquakes, such as the Dean Building of the Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Soedirman University. This building is a public facility that is used by many people and is located in theearthquake category moderate high, so it is necessary to evaluate the building components against earthquake hazards. Therefore, an evaluation of the vulnerability of buildings to earthquakes is carried out using the Screening Phase (Tier 1) method which refers to FEMA 310. This Tier 1 method evaluates buildings quickly through quick checks and checklists on the structural and non-structural sections of the building and foundation. The evaluation results are stated as Compliant (C), Non Compliant (NC), and Not Applicable (NA). For the evaluation results stated that there is no non-compliant statement on the category of structure and non-structure of the Deanate Building of the Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Soedirman University, so it can be concluded that the building is not vulnerable to earthquakes. |
