| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Peningkatan bencana alam gempa bumi di Indonesia cukup signifikan sejak tahun 2013, hal tersebut merupakan akibat dari letak Indonesia yang berada antara Lempeng Eurasia dan Lempeng Indo-Australia. Bencana alam bukanlah sesuatu yang dapat dihindari dan dapat diprediksi, namun dapat dikurangi dampak dari bencana itu sendiri. Salah satu bentuk pengurangan dampak gempa bumi adalah dengan mengurangi kerentanan gedung, terutama pada fasilitas umum. Gedung Layanan Pembelajaran Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik merupakan bangunan gedung yang selesai dibangun pada tahun 2020. Untuk memasatikan keamanan gedung terhadap gempa, maka dilakukan evaluasi kerentanan gempa dengan menggunakan Screening Phase (Tier 1) FEMA 310. Tier 1 melakukan evaluasi secara cepat dengan Quick Checklist terhadap 5 kategori. Kategori yang dievaluasi adalah Basic Structural Checklist, Supplemental Structural Checklist, Basic NonstructuraL Checklist, Supplemental Nonstructural Checklist, dan Geologic site Hazard and Foundation Checklist. Hasil evaluasi dinyatakan menjadi Compliant, Non Compliant dan Not Applicable. Selanjutnya, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pernyataan Non Compliant (NC) pada kategori struktur dan Non struktur pada evaluasi gedung. |

Inggris) | The increase in earthquake natural disasters in Indonesia has been quite significant since 2013, this is a result of the location of Indonesia which is located between the Eurasian Plate and the Indo-Australian Plate. Natural disasters are not something that can be avoided and can be predicted, but can be reduced by the impact of the disaster itself. One form of reducing the impact of an earthquake is to reduce the vulnerability of buildings, especially in public facilities. The Learning Service Building for the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences is a building that was completed in 2020. To ensure the safety of the building against earthquakes, an earthquake vulnerability evaluation was carried out using the FEMA 310 Screening Phase (Tier 1). Tier 1 conducted a quick evaluation with the Quick Checklist against 5 categories. The categories evaluated are Basic Structural Checklist, Supplemental Structural Checklist, Basic Nonstructural Checklist, Supplemental Nonstructural Checklist, and Geologic Site Hazard and Foundation Checklist. The evaluation results are declared to be Compliant, Non Compliant and Not Applicable. Furthermore, the results of the analysis show that there is a Non Compliant (NC) statement in the structural and non-structural categories in the evaluation of the Building. |
