| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Kapasitas Sumber Daya Manausia Pemerintah Desa Dalam Pengelolaan Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES) di Desa Banjaranyar Kecamatana Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh kualitas sumber daya pemerintah desa yang kurang memahami dalam pengoprasian aplikasi sistem keuangan desa, khususnya perangakat desa, sehingga hal tersebut yang menjadikan penulis tertarik untuk meneliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapasitas perangkat desa mnggunakan aplikasi siskeudes. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori kapasitas dari Horton, dkk dengan pendekatan sumber daya yang dianggap relevan dengan Kapasitas Pemerintah Desa Banjaranyar. Informan yang dipilih oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yang dimaksud purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sumber data informan dengan kriteria tertentu. Teknik purposive sampling dipilih oleh peneliti supaya peneliti mendapatkan sumber data yang lengkap, objektif, serta sesuai dengan tema penelitian. Untuk mendapatkan data yang lengkap, objektif sesuai dengan tema penelitian maka peneliti harus terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk mendapatkan informan yang informatif. Dalam hal ini, peneliti yang mengetahui permasalahan yang akan dikaji peneliti dapat memilah memilih sumber daya yang peneliti peroleh, salah satunya yaitu pemilihan subyek informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia Pemerintah Desa Banjaranyar Dalam Pengelolaan Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES) sudah menerapkan aspek sumberdaya yaitu berupa infrastruktur, teknologi, namun sumberdaya berupa staff belum optimal. Saran bagi Pemerintah desa Banjaranyar untuk kembali mengadakan pelatihan penggunakan SISKEUDES agar perangkat desa yang lain juga dapat mengoprasikan SISKEUDES. Jadi analisis dan pembahasan serta beberapa hal yang belum terjawab dalam penelitian ini diharapkan bagi penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut. |

Inggris) | This research entitled Village Human Resources Government Capacity in Village Financial System Management (SISKEUDES) in Banjaranyar Village, Sokaraja District, Banyumas Regency. This research is motivated by the quality of village government resources that do not understand the operation of village financial system applications, especially village tools, so that this makes the author interested in researching. This study aims to determine the capacity of village officials using the siskeudes application. This research uses the theory of capacity from Horton et al with a resource and management approach that is considered relevant to the capacity of the Banjaranyar Village Government. The informants selected by the researcher in this study were using purposive sampling technique, which is meant by purposive sampling, namely the technique of collecting informants' data sources with certain criteria. The purposive sampling technique was chosen by the researcher so that the researcher would get a complete, objective, data source in accordance with the research theme. To get complete, objective data in accordance with the research theme, the researcher must go directly to the field to get informative informants. In this case, the researcher who knows the problem to be studied by the researcher can sort out the resources that the researcher gets, one of which is the selection of informant subjects. The results of this study indicate the capacity of the Banjaranyar Village Government in the Human Resources of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) has implemented the resource aspects, namely in the form of infrastructure, technology, finance, but the resources in the form of staff are not optimal. Suggestions for the Banjaranyar village government to re-hold training in using SISKEUDES so that other village officials can also operate SISKEUDES. So analysis and discussion as well as some things that have not been answered in this study are expected for further research so that further research can be carried out. |
