Indonesia) | Abstrak HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN INFORMASI DENGAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN PASIEN KOMORBIDITAS HIPERTENSI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PURWOKERTO TIMUR II PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 Eka Titi Setiani , Atyanti Isworo , Arif Setyo Upoyo Latar Belakang : Pasien dengan komorbiditas hipertensi memiliki risiko terinfeksi Covid-19 dua kali lebih besar. Hal ini mengakibatkan kecemasan pada pasien dengan komorbiditas hipertensi. Dukungan informasi yang diberikan dimungkinkan dapat berkontribusi mengurangi kecemasan yang dialami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan informasi dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien dengan komorbiditas hipertensi pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metodologi : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dan teknik random sampling. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 89 pasien prolanis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Timur II. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dukungan informasi dan kuesioner The Coronavirus Anxiety Scale. Analisa data menggunakan analisis bivariat Chi Square. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan informasi dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien dengan komorbiditas hipertensi dengan nilai p value yaitu 0,034 ( 0,034 < 0,05). Dukungan informasi yang baik akan menurunkan risiko mengalami kecemasan sebesar 0,897 kali (nilai RR = 0,897). Kesimpulan : Dukungan informasi yang baik dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan yang tinggi pada pasien dengan komorbiditas hipertensi di masa pandemi Covid-19. Inggris) | Abstract CORRELATION BETWEEN INFORMATIONAL SUPPORT AND LEVEL OF ANXIETY OF HYPERTENSION COMMORBIDITY PATIENTS IN THE WORKING AREA OF PUSKESMAS PURWOKERTO TIMUR II IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC PERIOD Eka Titi Setiani , Atyanti Isworo , Arif Setyo Upoyo Background :Patients with comorbid hypertension have a two times greater risk of being infected with Covid-19. This cause anxiety in patients with comorbid hypertension. The informational support provided is possible to contribute to reducing the anxiety levels. This study aims to determine the corellation between informational support and anxiety levels in patients with comorbid hypertension during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology:This study used a cross sectional design with random sampling technique. Respondents of this study were 89 prolanis patients in the working area of Puskesmas Purwokerto Timur II. The research instrument used an information support questionnaire and The Coronavirus Anxiety Scale questionnaire. Data analysis used Chi Square bivariate analysis. Research result :The results showed that there was a significant corellation between informational support and anxiety levels in patients with comorbid hypertension with a p value 0.034 (0.034 <0.05). Good information support will reduce the risk of experiencing anxiety by 0,897 ( value of RR = 0,897). Conclusion : Good information support can reduce high levels of anxiety in patients with comorbid hypertension during the Covid-19 pandemic.
