| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk melihat pengaruh variabel jumlah transaksi uang elektronik (e-money) terhadap variabel jumlah uang beredar (M1), percepatan perputaran uang (velocity of money), serta tingkat inflasi dimana ketiga variabel tersebut diasumsikan sebagai indikator dari stabilitas sistem keuangan. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “ANALISIS PENGARUH PERKEMBANGAN UANG ELEKTRONIK (E-MONEY) TERHADAP STABILITAS SISTEM KEUANGAN INDONESIA”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Jumlah transaksi uang elektronik terhadap stabilitas sistem keuangan di Indonesia. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah Data Time series. Data tersebut dipublikasi berdasarkan periode waktu bulanan terhitung sejak januari 2014 hingga Desember 2018 yang kemudian diolah menjadi data Triwulan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder. Data-data ini dikumpulkan dari sumber seperti: Bank Indonesia (BI), Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan sumber-sumber lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Eviews 9 menunjukkan bahwa: (1) variabel jumlah transaksi e-money berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah uang beredar (M1), (2) variabel jumlah transaksi e-money berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap percepatan perputaran uang, (3) variabel jumlah transaksi e-money tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap inflasi. Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas yaitu perkembangan e-money yang pesat dapat mempengaruhi stabilitas sistem keuangan melalui beberapa variabel tertentu. Perkembangan e-money terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap jumlah uang beredar (M1) dan percepatan perputaran uang (velocity of money), namun perkembangan e-money tidak terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel inflasi. |

This research takes the title: "ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRONIC MONEY (E-MONEY) ON THE STABILITY OF INDONESIA'S FINANCIAL SYSTEM". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable number of electronic money transactions on the stability of the financial system in Indonesia. The type of data used is Time series data. The data is published based on a monthly time period from January 2014 to December 2018 which is then processed into quarterly data. The data used in this research is secondary data. These data are collected from sources such as: Bank Indonesia (BI), Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) and other sources. Based on the results of research and data analysis using the Eviews 9 application, it shows that: (1) the variable number of e-money transactions has a positive and significant effect on the money supply (M1), (2) the variable number of e-money transactions has a negative and significant effect on acceleration of the velocity of money, (3) the variable number of e-money transactions has no effect on inflation. The implication of the above conclusion is that the rapid development of e-money can affect financial system stability through certain variables. The development of e-money is proven to have a significant effect on the money supply (M1) and the velocity of money (velocity of money), but the development of e-money is not proven to have a significant effect on the inflation variable. |
