| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keuntungan usahatani bunga melati, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi bunga melati, dan menganalisis efisiensi produksi bunga melati di Kecamatan Kramat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif degan menggunakan survei pada petani usahatani bunga melati di Kecamatan Kramat sebagai subjek penelitian. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, dimana populasi petani bunga melati sebanyak 427 orang dengan jumlah sampel petani bunga melati sebanyak 81 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis pendapatan, regresi linier berganda dan uji efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan usahatani bunga melati sebesar Rp. 8.216.481,00/ha/mt. Hasil uji signifikan faktor produksi luas lahan dan pestisida berpengaruh signifikan dan positif sedangkan bibit, pupuk, tenaga kerja dan pengalaman bertani tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap produksi bunga melati di Kecamatan Kramat Kabupaten Tegal. Hasil perhintungan efisiensi teknis pada usahatani bunga melati sebesar 0,66, efisiensi harga sebesar 8,20, dan efisiensi ekonomi sebesar 5,41. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan kondisi usahatani belum efisiensi secara teknis, harga dan ekonomi, sehingga perlu penyesuaian faktor produksi. |

Inggris) | This study aims to analyze the profitability of jasmine farming, to analyze the factors that influence the production of jasmine flowers, and to analyze the efficiency of the production of jasmine flowers in Kramat District. This type of research is quantitative by using a survey on jasmine flower farmers in Kramat District as research subjects. The sampling method used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, where the population of jasmine flower farmers was 427 people with a sample size of 81 people. The data analysis used in this research is income analysis, multiple linear regression and efficiency test. The results showed that the profit of jasmine farming was Rp. 8,216,481.00 / ha / mt. The results of the significant test of the production factor of land area and pesticides have a significant and positive effect, while seeds, fertilizers, labor and farming experience have no significant and positive effect on the production of jasmine flowers in Kramat District, Tegal Regency. The results of the calculation of technical efficiency in jasmine farming are 0.66, price efficiency is 8.20, and economic efficiency is 5.41. These results indicate that the farming conditions are not technically, economically efficient, so it is necessary to adjust production factors. |
