| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pada masa adaptasi baru saat ini, sejumlah kegiatan masih banyak dikerjakan secara online dari rumah. Beruntung saat ini sudah ada sejumlah penyedia layanan video conference, yang dapat mendukung kegiatan bekerja, belajar dan mengajar dari rumah. Bahkan beberapa penyedia layanan tersebut memiliki kemampuan yang dapat menampung puluhan hingga ratusan partisipan secara bersamaan dalam satu panggilan conference, misalnya LINE. Video conference adalah panggilan menggunakan perangkat smartphone, tablet, laptop maupun personal computer yang mampu menangkap video (gambar) serta suara yang ditransmisikan. File video dan audio dialirkan secara real-time melalui jaringan internet. Sejalan dengan perkembangan zaman kemajuan teknologi internet digunakan sebagai salah satu akses untuk aplikasi pesan singkat yang kini mulai berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi telekomunikasi. Untuk mengetahui peforma jaringan internet, dibutuhkan analisis Quality of Service (QoS). QoS merupakan kumpulan dari berbagai kriteria performasi yang menentukan keberhasilan dari jaringan, QoS memiliki beberapa parameter yang akan dianalisis pada penelitian ini, yaitu throughput, jitter, delay, packet loss dan frame rate. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | During this new adaptation period, a number of activities are still being carried out online from home. Fortunately, there are currently a number of video conferencing service providers that can support work, learning and teaching activities from home. Even some of these service providers have the ability to accommodate tens to hundreds of participants simultaneously in one conference call, for example LINE. Video conferencing is a call using a smartphone, tablet, laptop or personal computer device capable of capturing video (images) and transmitted sound. Video and audio files are streamed in real-time over the internet network. In line with the times, the advancement of internet technology is used as one of the accesses for short message applications which are now starting to develop along with the development of telecommunications technology. To find out the internet network performance, a Quality of Service (QoS) analysis is needed. QoS is a collection of various performance criteria that determine the success of the network. QoS has several parameters that will be analyzed in this study, namely throughput, jitter, delay, packet loss and frame rate. |
